Cody K came over to fix like fridge which was leaking water on the floor. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in about an hour. It was a partial teardown but he knew what he was doing. How appliance repair should be.
My kitchenaid fridge was making water puddles on the floor.

Appliance Works: Ahwatukee sent technician to trouble shoot and repair GE refrigerator. Technician took electrical readings, reset inverter and told me to wait 24 hrs to see if refrigerator returned to cooling normally. After it was apparent the reset did not work I called technician and left message asking him to call me so we can talk about how to proceed. To this day, approximately two weeks later, still no call or follow up. I will say, Jeff the technician, was clean and polite and seemed to be knowledgable. It is too bad Appliance Works doesn't seem to care whether service was completed properly. Had to call someone else to fix refrigerator. Update: after seeing poor review, Appliance Works did contact me to apologize for the poor service and said they would follow up with their customers in the future.

Appliance Works prides itself on our customer service. We strive to provide the best customer experience possible from start to finish and are always looking for feedback, both good and bad, in order to improve and enhance our service. On occasion things do not go as intended and it is our objective to resolve any issues to make sure our customers get what they are expecting.
I did reach out to Bruce about the situation. Unfortunately my office and I did not know there was a problem until the review was posted. I did apologize that the tech did not follow up with him the next day to verify if the reset had worked or not. I did then speak with all my techs and instructed them that if any service is done such as resetting computer boards and not replacing them, that we follow up to make sure the reset is still working. But we do always recommend that if there are any issues with any repairs or service done, to contact our office directly in order to get the situation rectified.
Refrigerator wouldn't cool anymore, all my food was going bad, so I needed somebody quick. Found Appliance Works online, saw they were out here in Maricopa, so I gave them a call. Gary came right out, diagnosed the problem, which happened to be something he could give a temporary patch up so the fridge would work for a few days while we waited for a replacement part to come in. He was there for a good half hour to 45 min, but insisted that I not pay anything until he had returned in a few days with the new part! Ask yourself: "When's the last time a serviceman came to your house, fixed your appliance, and left without payment?" I was very impressed. Few days later he came back (and the fridge worked perfectly during that time, saving all my food) and put the new part in, at which time he accepted payment from me. Fast, reliable, and most importantly: honest. I don't ever have to worry about being "taken for a ride" when it comes to appliances in my house. So glad I found Appliance Works!

Due to issues with my washer, I called my home warranty who dispatched Appliance Works. Through pure grit, determination, and long hours, the gentleman who hails from Zimbabwe(I failed to get his name) did a great job of diagnosing and fixing our issues. Thank you very much.

I call them every time I need an appliance repaired. They fixed my washer 3 times until it could no longer be fixed. Very honest with a lot of integrity. I refer them to friends and family all the time. Fun to interact with as well. They definitely know what they are doing and they do it with pride. Thanks so much.

Please call this company if you want them to answer your service call quickly and then be honest with the diagnosis. Unfortunately, my washer could not be fixed at a reasonable price. Appliance works informed me it was best to buy a new washer. These are the nicest people and if there are future appliance issues, they will get my business.

Our ice machine stopped working and was down for about 2 months. I put it on the "honey do list" but it never got done. I finally had enough and called Appliance Works. The technician came out within a few days of my call and replaced the maker. I highly recommend this company for all your appliance needs.

I was extremely impressed with the receptionist who promptly scheduled my service call all the way to the informative and courteous technician. They were professional and even called to say they would be 10 minutes later than expected. They are family run and I would not hesitate to refer or call them again.

I was so worried that repairing my fridge would cost more than the meat in it, or replacement....but.. they were so honest about the repair I was actually shocked. Thank you soooo much for being real. Everyone I know will know about you.

My Whirlpool Cabrio washer needed a repair for an F1 error message that was part of a recall. Unfortunately, Whirlpool was uncooperative and said I had missed the timeline. I called Peter and he informed me that I was eligible to have my washer fixed for free due to the recall. He was SO honest, polite and efficient. It's refreshing to meet a repairman with so much integrity! His wife handles the calls and she was really friendly and helpful as well. This is my new go to guy and I highly recommend this business to everyone!
