Quality Services, 6/13/2014

I'm extra happy with the newly installed deck. It's just gorgeous! And thanks for being patient with my kids. I did see them messing with you a couple of times but you were all very kind in dealing... with them. You are absolutely one great team to work with. I got my deck for an affordable price but the quality of the job was superb! I am, indeed, more than satisfied!

STEER CLEAR!!!, 3/25/2011

I’ll do my best to refrain from using offensive language, but when a contractor calls the potential customer names, it's difficult to abide by that. “Bob” called and stated he was on his way for... a scheduled consult. By then he was an hour late and we had to reschedule. My partner set it for the following day. I got a call on my cell and stated he was waiting outside our house. I tried to call the house & partner’s cell but did not get an answer. “Bob” called back upset b/c nobody was answering the door. He proceeded to do some "detective work" by feeling the hood of our vehicle in our driveway and said he heard a voice inside. Turns out, she didn’t hear the phone or doorbell b/c a fan was on in the room & it drowns out all sound and the “voice” he heard was our toddler. He proceeded to berate me. I tried to be thoughtful of his feelings, but when he started to give his personal opinion, I told him that I thought it best we don't work together. He continued to berate until I finally hung up. Had he been patient by 5 minutes, this wouldn’t have happened. He was VERY unprofessional & I hope the owner reprimands him. I don't want him fired b/c nobody needs to be out of work in this economy, but his reaction left a bad taste & skeptical to use future contractors who “cold-call” us.
