Tech's were 3 hours late and didn't call to let me know. They fixed one problem but didn't have time to fix another (they arrived at 4:15 and left at 4:50) and told me I would have to make another appt (you only get an answering machine at office and they call back several days later) and I waited more than 2 weeks for the current appt. There is also a 2nd service call fee for them to come back to finish the job. I tried to call the office to discuss the next day but only reached a full voicemail. Have sent an email - will update review based on response.

This is a very good company. Service was performed as promised and was very reasonably priced. This will be the only irrigation company I do business with.
