The staff, and instructors are great, but the waiting area is very very hott and the red chairs as well as the floors are very dirty! Also, it would be nice if we received a more advanced notice on... classes closing. Other than that my child loves her lessons!!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
I have to say that my son has excelled at The Douglasville Aqua Tots. He has had swim lessons at Boundary waters as well other private providers and has not had the success he had gained here. ... Corrine and Lana are excellent teachers and have encouraged him leaps and bounds. I would recommend Aqua Tots to any family who is looking for quality services. You have it all right here.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

We love Aqua Tots for out two toddlers! Lana is GREAT! She is so friendly... Our kids adore her and and are learning a ton! We came to her after my 3 year old daughter went into the pool without swimmies and sank to to the bottom before I was able to jump in and pull her out... Lana and Aqua Tots is giving us peace of mind by teaching our kids the basics of swimming, but more importantly, survival in the water... The other instructors seem just as great. It is super easy to re-schedule with your instructor as needed and everyone is very accomadating. An added bonus is there are never more than 4 kids in one class. Several times, my two kids have been the only two in the class. My 3 and 4 year old would not even go underwater when we started several months ago, yet after only two classes, they are diving for rings at the bottom of the pool!
I have complained many times to the instructors as well as the employees who work here that the pool is not as warm as it is supposed to be (88-90 degrees). My son would be freezing by the time class is done and then he had to walk down the back hallway where the AC is on?? Really. What a way to keep kids sick. That is why I pulled him out. I will not recommend anyone to bring their kids younger than 5 here. They will get sick and stay sick.
My daughter has been going here for almost 2 years. The main problem here is turn over, & instructors and classes always changing. I have had to change my schedule atleast 10 times or more in the last year because a teacher quit, or they changed schedules around. However the 2 teachers she had were awesome! If they were more consistent I would give a better rating.

They don't give refunds, be careful with automatic payments!

My almost 4 year old has been taking swim lessons at Aqua-Tots for 6 months now. She has learned so much. The teachers are wonderful. From their individual classes to their group classes, my daughter has so much fun every time she goes. She can now pull herself from the pool onto the pool wall and out of the pool all on her own. That really puts me at ease. If there were ever a pool emergency, I know she can get out on her own. She just learned how to float on her back unassisted, which is a life-saver in every sense of the word. It's fun for her, and it's a necessity for me. We love Aqua-Tots!

My kids ages 4 & 6 have been attending Aqua Tots Swim School in Kennesaw for the past year! The instructors are all very kind and patient. My then 3 year old boy was terrified of the water and the instructors helped him become more comfortable starting with basic water comfort along with water safety skills. He is now working on safety skills such as floating and swimming short distances. My older child had taken some swim lessons but only during the summer. She too has been taking lessons for a year and now loves to dive, do flips, float on her back, do the several strokes. I love that my kids are currently taking group lessons at the same time at opposite ends of the pool!!The make up policy is incredible - As long as I give 48 hours notice I can get a make up swim lesson for each of my children no questions asked. If the kids get sick I've called 30 minutes before the lessons with a last minute cancelation because one of my kids got sick. It's been no problem to reschedule both of my kids when one is sick. I am happy we made the choice to stick with Aqua Tots during the winter months so this summer has been much easier at the pool!! Kay (Mom and full time teacher)
