Aquadry did shoddy work my install of interior and exterior drains, popup drains, and "dehumifidier". Problems from the first day the team showed up to start work (or was supposed to). Long story, and many many problems, but in the end, I have paid for work that was never completed. Larry is unresponsive to my texts and calls. Happily, the foreman who ran my site was apparently fired, but I've still not had anyone back to rectify the issues. This is months later. Besides doing terrible work, the premise of their crawlspace science is wrong. The salesman and Larry himself told me that they believe crawlspaces are best managed by leaving them open to dirt, and using high speed ventilating fans to "dehumidify". Seemed reasonable, but looking into industry standards, it's actually not a good idea in the south. Please find someone better to do the work

I met with owner Larry to discuss a leaky basement issue where mold had also grown in my basement. My special needs daughter and I were experiencing mold allergies and unfortunately my credit had suffered because of a recent divorce. After discussing the option available and my financial situation I determined I was not able to afford to waterproof my basement at this time and decided on installing a fan/pump instead to help with the current situation understanding that this would not be a long-term solution but would help in the mean time. After Larry left my home he contacted me via phone and informed me that he would donate labor and materials to complete the waterproofing of my basement and eliminate the mold and moisture issues. I was so surprised and touched with this offer. I had been thinking I may have to return my home to the bank because I wasn't sure that we would be able to stay in the home even with the pump installation. I am so grateful to Larry and his crew for their generosity. They did an excellent job and our respiratory issues have disappeared. Words cannot express how thankful I am to have the mold issue resolved and to be able to stay in my home. I feel that Larry is an honest and kind business owner and would happily hire him to complete any project in the future.

I called Aquadry for my client. They needed to have their garage floor fixed within a week. Every other company had at least a 3 week window. I explained our situation and they guaranteed they could get it done. My clients were very pleased and thankful!!
Aquadry came out to repair a garage foundation. The foundation had sank significantly and cracked. Larry came out, they took care of everything. The garage flooring was perfect! It was actually over our expectations!! I will recommend Aquadry to everyone.

I just used Aquadry for my home which was having major water issues. It is a concrete block full basement which had huge puddles every rain. Aquadry offered a similar product as a couple competitors, but they did not give the sales pitch which made you feel pressured to sign up right then. When they arrived to do the work, the crew was all very nice and friendly. They all greeted me each morning and said goodbye each evening, but they also worked hard and got the job done. I'm glad that I took the time to consider a few different companies because I almost made the mistake of choosing someone else, who turned out to have very poor reviews. The others bait and switch you, or quote you super high and then lower it a week later to act like you're getting a deal. Aquadry is a straight shooter who just wants to earn your business and still beat the others in price too!

Hands down without question Aquadry gave the best inspection and explanation of our basement problems. We had many waterproofing company's come and give same, but no one came close to Aquadry's professional and detailed inspection.

I would recommend Aquadry for several reasons. Tom inspected our home and advised us of our drainage problem and offered solutions to correct same. There was no "pressure sales" involved and we were able to select the solution we were comfortable with. Larry (owner of Aquadry) also called me to ensure I was satisfied with the ongoing work project and was very responsive to any concerns or questions I had. The work crew cleaned up the yard of any debris as they had originally committed to. I was also impressed with the warranty especially after comparing it to several other companies providing similar work. I am glad that I selected Aquadry to perform this work.

I hired Larry to do a job for me, after it was done it looked like a 5 year old had done the job. They destroyed my house and my decking, and in the end, found out his solutions, did nothing more than cause me more problems. I tried to get him to come back on several occasions with no luck. I tried getting his insurance info from him and his secretary, and they both refused. I even tried contacting him through other means. I now have had to hire an attorney to try and fix the nearly $25,000.00 in damages they caused to my house! I don't normally write reviews, but I had to take the time today to inform anyone who might try and use him. Thank you!

If you look at our other reviews, they are stellar. We did waterproof his home in the same fashion as every other home we repair. After completion, he experienced two above grade leaks which our system will not stop. Above grade is any portion of his home above the natural soil level around his home. This is clearly indicated in our terms and conditions, which are read to our clients before we get signatures. He refused to listen to my presentation stating that "I don't care, I just want it fixed". His unwillingness to listen limited his understanding of what we do and why we do it. We did damage eight of his deck boards during removal. This was due to rusty stripped screws. I put his deck boards back in place temporarily for the safety of those walking on the deck. I acknowledged this and told him I would replace them. The pipe in the picture was not part of our system. Probably his original footer drain removed by other contractor. We did not damage his sprinkler system as he states. We work around these frequently and take great care to not damage them. His groundwater pump was in fact discharged outside as we always do. The location was determined by the location of the pump, which was discussed prior to installation. He chose to remove our system of his own volition. This violates our warranty agreement and voids the warranty. I feel like he is emotionally imbalanced as he actually tried to friend me on facebook after the fact. He also asked inappropriate questions to my office manager. I stand by the quality of our work as other reviews clearly show. If you have any questions regarding this review, feel free to contact me at 678-787-7932.
Such bad customer service and company ever!! I had hired Aquadry to fix a water problem and was told we can stop the leak and assured me the foundation was the problem. They also told me they will warranty the job for ten years and to call anytime if had a problem. I called 3 months later September 2015 after a heavy rain to inform them that my problem was still leaking. I never got a return call and had to call again to check status of the claim. I was told they are very busy and would call later to make an appointment to come out. I call several times since and I never get a call back for status. It is now November 2015 and no call back or a visit from Aquadry, the original repair was done in July 2015, I called September of 2015 and I have yet to see them or get a call back. I have asked for my money back but have not had any resolution or even had someone come by to verify my claim. Do not use this company.

I would highly recommend this company for your waterproofing needs. They were all very professional and wanted to fix my water leak at a very reasonable price.

Anytime a homeowner is facing major repairs it is stressful. The job Larry, Terrance and the crew performed was fast, considerate and didn't take advantage of my situation. I am satisfied with the outcome and look forward to enjoying a nice dry basement with the family.

After a flood event pushed water into our den, Larry and his team responded quickly to our needs for waterproofing around the outside of our home. His employees are dependable and take extra care with the work. Since the waterproofing service was complete, our den has been nice a dry !!!

Larry did a great job to stop the water from getting into our crawlspace and finished basement. Right after they were done a huge rainstorm came through and there was a small leak in one area. Larry was quick to respond and fixed the area in question. I would not hesitate to recommend him at any time. Mark B.
