My water heater failed and filled my garage with water, not a great way to start the morning. I called 3 different plumbing companies for estimates. Aquanaut came in at least $100 cheaper than anyone else, and with a bigger capacity than (same brand) my old unit. But that's not why I chose them. The first company I called didn't have availability. The second company told me they'd have someone right out, but 3 hours later they still weren't there. Then I called Aquanaut. Rick was at my house in 10 minutes. He was friendly, courteous, and assured me I would have hot water by 5pm. About an hour later he called to say the installer was on his way. And by 3pm I had hot water! Ron did an outstanding job installing the new unit. He was quick, professional, and cleaned up after himself. Great service, at a great price. I will absolutely recommend Aquanaut to anyone and will not hesitate to use them again in the future!

We had a blockage in our main line and Aquanaut came out and took care of it. Shaun, our serviceman, was very polite, professional and gave us a good price for the job at hand. Highly recommend this company over the others that I called. The other companies were either not answering the phone or about $242 just for a service call plus equipment. Aquanaut was much more reasonably priced and it's not about who's cheapest. They were in line with the normal quotes for service.

My first experience with Aquanaut was a middle of the night plumbing emergency when my husband was out of town. No one else would even answer the phone; they not only answered the phone, they came out and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price, PLUS they cleaned up after themselves. We have since used them for everything plumbing related, both inside and outside the house, including a sprinkler system repair. They are very nice, efficient, and reasonable. They have my highest recommendations.

These guys just replaced my old tank-style water heater with a new Rinnai top of the line unit and I could not possibly be happier. Their response was very, very quick; they were extremely courteous and professional and the price seemed reasonable. I would not only recommend them to anyone, I AM recommending them to do some work for my 90 year old mom. These guys personify quality and service.

There's never a good time for water issues and these guys always showed up when promised, dealt with the problem much better and quicker than I could have, and charged a reasonable rate (plumbing is never cheap...).

We've called Aquanaut three times in the past two years for outdoor breaks/leaks (we're just lucky that way) and indoor leaks as well. They come quickly, even on a Sunday evening, and fix the leaks promptly. The weekend/emergency rates seem fairly reasonable to us, but most importantly, they answer the phone and send a service person when no one else is available (Sunday evenings, 11pm on weeknights...) These guys have been our saviors and we will continue to call them.

These guys did some previous, decent work in my condo complex, so I figured I'd use them again when my upstairs neighbor's toilet started leaking into my place. I also had an issue with a leak in my tub and wanted to get that fixed. Aquanaut came out in a timely fashion and "fixed" the toilet upstairs, but when I tried to work out a time for the leak fix they just decided it was too far for them to drive. Then, when the toilet above started leaking again and a new plumber came out and examined the work, he said they must have put two new wax rings in her toilet which "you're never supposed to do." Now my neighbor has to have her toilet uprooted and fixed again and I still have a leak that's costing me a ton on my gas bill each month. Thanks for nothing, Aquanaut.
