Quick service - Quality work, 9/22/2010

I called on Thursday, Mark came out and reviewed the existing system. I received a quote on Friday and the system was installed on Monday. I replaced a 12 year old Heat Pump with a new higher... efficiency system. Cools much better than the old system.

Mark worked out the repair, quoted the job and delivered on time on budget. Good communications as the project came together. Robby, the technician was pleasant, neatly presented and arrived with... tools, parts and the skills. No drama, no excuses, just fixed. Arch delivered exactly what I asked for and they will be "my' HVAC guys going forward.

Very good

From initial call, Mark Archer treated me like he valued my business. Because I had experienced freon loss, I figured the coil leaked, asked if they could replace it after verifying it was in fact bad. Marc quickly called back with exact price, price was considerably lower than others, and did not push an expensive full system replace. Service tech was prompt, personable and professional. He verified (and showed me) that the coil did have a leak, then replaced it. He did a thorough install. Recommend.
