When they eventually arrived the man "fixed" our unit and left. Hours later it was not operational. Placed another call and had to wait for for 24 hours. Finally arrived and said someone had pulled something out as he was "sure" he had put it in.. assured him that we did not hv time, inclination or energy to pull things out of our unit. He assured us it was fixed and left... It never worked.. Called again and Taylor answered from her car (we could hear she was traveling and not in office)and wasn't 5pm but clearly she was heading home and wanted nothing to do with this issue. She said she would call technician and called back to say it would take hours to feel the diff in air con.. told her the unit was not operational... at all! She said she would call him again, then stopped answering her phone. Finally she calls back saying that someone must hv pulled something out the unit again... Firstly there is no one in our immediate neighborhood except older individuals who are unlikely to do such things. 2nd, nothing was pulled out - the unit had simply not worked or cooled since he left. Taylor refused to give me owner's details and I told her if they did not resolve this issue I would contact the BBB..,Her response? "don't threaten me, ma'am"... I assured her it was not a threat but a promise that if they take my money and don't do the work I will def contact them... She said they would not return to fix the issue & would refund our money...We had to get another co!

I have been using Arctic Circle Air for the last few years. They are always on time, always courteous, and always do a great job. They have provided me such great insights on how to reduce allergens and viruses. This year I am signing up for a service contract. I don't do that with many companies, but this one I trust.
Arctic Circle Air has serviced my AC unit, helped with air flow problems, and taught me how to use my unit more efficiently. They have also special ordered my filters, they are an odd size, and instructed me on how to install them.

Arctic Circle Air has been dispatched to my house by my home buyers warranty company 5 times now. Each time has been just awful. They are always late, if they show up at all. In addition to taking forever to get to my house to diagnose the problem, they are very slow to process the paperwork to the HBW company and get the parts to fix the problem. It always takes over a week until my system is up and running. In the winter, the system kept breaking after they had been out so they clearly didn't fix it. Each time it broke I had to wait another week with no heat. Let's not even mention the time I had to wait over a week to get the AC fixed in the middle of the GA summer. Stay away! I've requested that Arctic Circle Air NEVER be dispatched to my house ever again.

I was referred to Arctic Circle by my home warranty company. To be honest, I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews on here but I was pleasantly surprised by how different my experience was. They were able to schedule a same day appointment and the tech they sent out was Jimmy. He was on time and professional! Turned out that I had a bad thermostat installed previously that caused the heat fan to run 24/7. Jimmy installed a new thermostat for no extra cost and also topped up the freon in my system. He also gave us a lot of good advice on how to properly maintain our HVAC system and really seemed to care about us as customers. Overall a great experience and would definitely use them again!

I used our home warranty and was assigned to Arctic Circle Air. Our tenants are both elderly and disabled and I asked the company to help me expedite the process because the house was registering 90 degrees inside. They told us they would be at the house the next day between 11 and 2. At 3pm the following day, I contacted them to find out where their service man was since he had not yet arrived. He told me he was unable to reach his service man. My tenant waited in the hot house and they were not courteous enough to even call and tell us they were late. That was only the beginning of our problems with the air company. Numerous times I would call to find out where our supplies were and to schedule our service. I was told they needed to call the warehouse and that they would call me right back. Three hours later, I called them back to find that they had not called, and did not have an update for me. According to the Arctic CIrcle Air customer service, our parts were available on Thursday morning, but they were unable to find us a time to service until Monday Morning. They treated us as last on their priority list when they finally fixed our air on Monday . THey arrived at 4 after telling us we were their first appointment at 11.

I'm on a roll with bad vendors. They came out, from 2-10, to fix a flaky coil. Things were working when they came but intermittently, when they left things were definitely broken. This was a Friday. They had approval to fix the coil from 2-10 but they wanted an extra $500 to do work on top of what was covered. $150 for Mastic. Seriously? It's $10 for a tub. Either way, I never got to argue with them as they refused to call book or book an appointment to fix my A/C. Just never called. STAY AWAY!

The quality of work appears to be good. My biggest complaint is that we set an appointment time and I took a day off of work. I had to call to find out why they had not shown up. (Getting through is very difficult at times and the Voice mail is full). I was told the van broke down and they would be delayed about 3 hours. Two hours after this next expected time I tried and tried to call and was put on hold for long enough times for me to eventually hang up. The crew did finally arrive a couple hours after this. The technician stated they had a more important call they had to take care of. Was it a broken van or another call? Apparently as a home warranty customer, I rate very low on importance. There were other issues, but it was more of a blame game between the warranty company and Arctic. As I stated above, the work appears to be good, but I went 2 weeks (not Arctic's fault)without A/C and did not like wasting an entire day waiting in the heat for a supposedly morning appointment.

Trouble started when the technician failed to contact warranty co. to let them know what was wrong with our a/c. 1 week later we followed up, parts have still not been ordered. No one, especially Jordan, would return phone calls. It's 90 degrees in my house, and Arctic Circle doesn't seem to care. Use at your own risk, you have been warned.

Our warranty company referred us to Arctic Circle so we were at their mercy. They were late getting to the house, but no matter... 'tis the season for the AC to go out, no? They found the issue and fixed it promptly with no added or hidden fees. The employee was helpful and swift and our house is cool and comfortable. Job well done, in our opinion!

Before using this company you should read the reviews on google. Most reviews are similar to mine. The fact that the company NEVER SHOWED UP. I left several messages on their "Emergency Number" and never got a call back. They were originally scheduled by my home warranty company AHS who said they spoke to a Marty who said he would be at my home, but he never showed and never called, even after he was paged. Don't call them unless you want to sit home all day for nothing.

My heat was not working properly so, I called my home warranty company, Old Republic, and they had them come out. They claimed the problem was an evaporator coil & had me pay $605 for out of warranty expenses. They came to my house 4 different times and each time it was something else that was wrong, they never fixed the issue. On the third & forth visits they left the house without any heat and without telling us it couldn't be run! The technicians were always late and one in particular had a terrible attitude. We ended up having to have another company come out and fix the problem. I was completely disappointed with my service. Also, they have an ‘F' rating at the Better Business Bureau. Stay away if you don't want a headache!

Not sure what company some of these others have used, definitely not the same service I have gotten on not 1 but 3 different occassions over the last few years. The technicians are very knowledgable and professional. I had to have a new system put in and the price was well within my budget. AWESOME JOB Arctic Circle.

Artic Air was sent to my home by American Home Sheild. They stated I had a leak in my evaporator coil but there were "$475" in "non-covered" charges. However when I checked around I got quotes of $150-$175 for the same service. Chad Johnson (the owner) refused to come down on price or to replace the covered part per his contract stating they were responsible. However the I checked with Roswell code enforcement and they are responsible to notify the owner, they do not have to repair the code violations. Then I got a second opinion and it turns out the evaporator coil wasn't even leaking. I would do my homework and not trust these guys. I feel they a running a con.
