Unknown to me, this roofing company didn't even have a valid license to do business at the time they replaced my roof. The contract I signed stated that there was a lifetime warranty on the workmanship and materials used to replace my roof that would be sent to me in writing upon completion of the job. Not only did I never receive this warranty, when the work was botched and I attempted to reach Raymond Thibideau (owner), he never returned any of my many phone calls. To this day, I have been unable to contact this unethical roofing contractor. Please contact the Arizona Contractors Licensing Division before you consider this company.
