Arizona Tile showrooms in AZ, CA, CO, NV, NM, TX and UT offer a breathtaking selection of tile and natural stone, including granite, porcelain, travertine and glass to accent your home's decor.
We visited Arizona Tile numerous times while selecting granite for our new kitchen countertops. Every employee we worked with was extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful. There was no sales pressure, and every question we had was answered. When we finally selected our granite color and chose our particular slabs, everything went smoothly and everyone (sales consultant, warehouse staff, etc.) was very helpful and courteous. We were extremely happy with the entire experience and would reccomend them without hesitation.

Recently I installed over 4k square feet of granite in my home. The contractor asked me to visit the showroom at Van Buren to pick out my slabs of granite. When I arrived, the only choices they had had a very noticeable flaw down the center of each one. They had no other choices for me so I went to the Tempe facility. That week day it was busy. Mind you, the customer service associate at the Van Buren facility had already called to ensure I would be taken care of in Tempe. He said they will be waiting for you so "we don't waste your time." Needless to say I waited 40 minutes before I could select slabs. This while staff stood around. I selected them and the associate said she would notify the installer IMMEDIATELY so he could pick up the slabs next day. Nearly a week goes by and the installer calls and asks if I had picked out a slab. The associate had never notified him! My installer recommended I speak with his salesperson for AZ Tile. Instead of taking my concerns and being apologetic, THIS SALESMAN WAS RUDE,CONDESCENDING, SHORT AND ARROGANT. All he had to do was acknowledge they had messed up and apologize. Instead he took this approach. AZ TILE is large in Arizona, but don't let their size intimidate you. THERE ARE ALOT OF CHOICES!!! I have no use for companies who don't understand the value of a CUSTOMER!
