We have been using Jim for 6 years now. We have always been very pleased with his service. He is prompt on his arrival times, friendly to my dogs and children, and very thorough with his work. Whenever a problem comes up between our quarterly appointments he always comes the day I call. I highly recommend Ark Pest Control.

Jim is a conscientious owner-operator that is dedicated to providing an indoor and outdoor barrier to all types of bugs. He provides our family with peace of mind to know that bugs won't live with us and die if they cross the spray line. I'm fortunate to have been in Jim's world for 20+ years and trust his expertise in many areas: from bugs to hemlines.

I found Ark Pest Control Services in my church bulletin 5 years ago and have been pleased ever since! It's comforting to know that I have not seen a bug in 5 years.

Jim has been keeping insects away from our home for just over three years now. He has been very professional and keeps the spiders away for me! Recently, my husband was on a business call and did not take the time to fill in the amount of the cheque for Jim.
He just told Jim to go ahead and fill in the amount himself - that's how honest Jim is! And my dog Gretzky loves him. Thanks for everything.
