My SUV is over 10 years oldlow miles and in very good condition. Had a problem with unstable ride, rattling, & squeaking especially when I rode over bumpy roads. Had gone to several of the national shops for a diagnosenone of them recognized the problem; so I considered replacing the vehicle. Turns out the sway bar bushing were completely worn out or missing and the rear shocks were worn out. This shop diagnosed the problem within an hour and had me back on the road the next day. They think outside of the box and I highly recommend this shop.

As a single mom who has always had older cars with lots of issues, it is very intimidating to go to a repair shop. Everyone at Arnold's has always been friendly, professional and honest. They always tell me exactly what needs to be fixed and I'm sure they put in more hours of work than they actually bill for. They always tell me what the repair will cost before starting any work and whether or not it's worth the cost to repair. And they never charge for time spent diagnosing the problem. I highly recommend Arnold's to anyone who wants quality work at honest prices.

These guys pretend to be honest and nice but are really the exact opposite..I took my car there for repair because my check engine light was on and I needed an emissions test..they charged me $200 to "repair the problem" and gave me a passed emissions but when my check engine light came back on in the 1st week I called them back and the mechanic was very rude to me and told me to "come and get your car and don't ever bring it back!!" simply because I refused to pay another 100 for them to "diagnose" the 'new problem'..they are nice and honest..as long as you dont have ANY common sense and don't ask questions!

I took my minivan to them with a knocking sound when I backed up and turned at same time. I thought I needed new struts or shocks since I had 100,000 miles on it. I was expecting a large bill, but they found the bolt that connects the steering rack to the suspension was a little loose. They simply fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. They are the top of my list.

I first went to Arnold's 3 years ago on the recommendation of friends. They have been my only primary mechanics since. Cindy actually tells me sometimes that I shouldn't have something done because I can't get bang for my bucki.e. up to a $1000 for AC/heater repair. However, when I last came in for something totally differenta new starterlike magic my AC started to work againI regularly make an appt. before my twice annual trips to Florida & Cindy & Buddy tell me what I need done for safety & what I can defer a little longer. They also give great referrals for other servicestires, transmissions, etc.
It makes a retired single woman with a 12-yr-old SUV with around 100,000 miles feel very safe on the road.They schedule repairs within my budget. The only improvement needed would be a new couch in the waiting room
