They were able to get our car in reasonably quick and were upfront about all charges and fixes. Seems like a reliable and fairly complete place, I will definitely use them the next time my car needs any work done.

My SUV is over 10 years old...low miles and in very good condition. Had a problem with unstable ride, rattling, & squeaking especially when I rode over bumpy roads. Had gone to several of the national shops for a diagnose...none of them recognized the problem; so I considered replacing the vehicle. Turns out the sway bar bushing were completely worn out or missing and the rear shocks were worn out. This shop diagnosed the problem within an hour and had me back on the road the next day. They think outside of the box and I highly recommend this shop.

As a single mom who has always had older cars with lots of issues, it is very intimidating to go to a repair shop. Everyone at Arnold's has always been friendly, professional and honest. They always tell me exactly what needs to be fixed and I'm sure they put in more hours of work than they actually bill for. They always tell me what the repair will cost before starting any work and whether or not it's worth the cost to repair. And they never charge for time spent diagnosing the problem. I highly recommend Arnold's to anyone who wants quality work at honest prices.

These guys pretend to be honest and nice but are really the exact opposite..I took my car there for repair because my check engine light was on and I needed an emissions test..they charged me $200 to "repair the problem" and gave me a passed emissions but when my check engine light came back on in the 1st week I called them back and the mechanic was very rude to me and told me to "come and get your car and don't ever bring it back!!" simply because I refused to pay another 100 for them to "diagnose" the 'new problem'..they are nice and honest..as long as you dont have ANY common sense and don't ask questions!

I took my minivan to them with a knocking sound when I backed up and turned at same time. I thought I needed new struts or shocks since I had 100,000 miles on it. I was expecting a large bill, but they found the bolt that connects the steering rack to the suspension was a little loose. They simply fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. They are the top of my list.

I first went to Arnold's 3 years ago on the recommendation of friends. They have been my only primary mechanics since. Cindy actually tells me sometimes that I shouldn't have something done because I can't get bang for my buck...i.e. up to a $1000 for AC/heater repair. However, when I last came in for something totally different...a new starter...like magic my AC started to work again...I regularly make an appt. before my twice annual trips to Florida & Cindy & Buddy tell me what I need done for safety & what I can defer a little longer. They also give great referrals for other services...tires, transmissions, etc. It makes a retired single woman with a 12-yr-old SUV with around 100,000 miles feel very safe on the road. They schedule repairs within my budget. The only improvement needed would be a new couch in the waiting room...

I've been using Arnold's for years now. They've always been fair, never charged for things I don't need, and had timely turn around. The service is great - they treat me like family. I will continue using them.

My elderly father's 2002 Saab broke down one block away from Arnold's. The corner Citgo store recommended Arnold's, so my father contacted them about diagnosing the problem. When I arrived at Arnold's to pick up my dad, the owner, Buddy, took my dad and I back into the garage area and, thoroughly, pointed out the problem with the car and, clearly, outlined a repair strategy. When we came to pick up the car, a few days later, Buddy told us that he had discovered that the brakes were worn and needed replacing. However, he said that we could still get another thousand miles out of them. I appreciated him being so forthright, because if he had told us the brakes needed immediate attention, I would have given him the go ahead. Buddy is very professional and he has a likable demeanor. The woman that runs the front counter, Cindy, is, also, very nice. If your car needs repairing, go ahead and take it to Arnold's. You won't be sorry.

My husband's car needs from the Ford Dealer kept getting more and more expensive. We decided to try Arnolds and we were happy. They aren't going to con you. They will do their best to get the job done at the lowest price. i respect them! Also my 2 neighbors have been going here for YEARS.... My sister now goes here (not because of me, but oddly because her husband's boss goes here and he went there because his friend went there). That says a lot..

I took my car to Arnold's for a repair after receiving an $800 quote from another mechanic. Arnold's fixed the problem for under $200 and informed us that the repairs the other mechanic had suggested were unnecessary to fix the problem. I have used them many times since and have found them to be very honest and extremely friendly.

My entire family has been going to Arnolds for years and we're always satisfied with the service they provide. They are honest and don't attempt to "upsell" you services/products you don't need. I am so happy with their service, I drive all the way from Midtown to Marietta to take my car to Arnolds!

My family and I have taken our cars here for years. They are honest & friendly ALWAYS! It can be a little pricier than your local Goodyear, but I can trust that the job will get done right the first time. Great people!

This shop is so honest, you wont have to worry about being ripped off here ladies. I took my car there after the Lexus dealership told me I needed a bunch of things done. Arnold's looked everything over and told me otherwise. They saved me a bunch of money that I would have otherwise spent. Every time I have been there, they are reasonable for any repair and honest honest honest. Highly Recommend.
