I used Arrow for many years and was happy with their service. However, over the last 2 or 3 years they ratcheted up their price and I realized I could get the work done significantly more cheaply elsewhere. I called Arrow to cancel and was told that I had to pay for another service call as I had to give 30 days notice, but they would not charge the latest price increase on this call. So I paid for another visit, and paid the previous amount. Lo and behold, I got an invoice for the difference. I canceled my service, in writing. While we were out of the country because of a family emergency, a service technician tried to contact us, but could not. So he went ahead and visited out home anyway, treated just the outside, and we were charged a full amount for this partial, unauthorized work. I have repeatedly spoken to Arrow to explain why I am not paying for work that I did not authorize that was under a service agreement that I had canceled. They are repeatedly hounding me for payment, so I am letting as many potential customers know what they could be letting themselves in for if they ever sign up with Arrow.

My husband and I bought our first house and wanted to support the local business owners, so we choose Arrow. The price was great and the website had a free service. We had our first pest service, which went very smoothly and during this service, they had someone come out to the house to give us an estimate on mosquito and termite services. The person who came out to our house stated that now that we are customers of Arrow, we could also use a coupon for the first month of mosquito service. I went ahead and agreed to the first month of mosquito services since it was free. Well a few days later in the mail, I got a bill. I called about it and Forest told me that it would be taken off the bill and not five minutes later I get another call from the administrative office telling me that I cannot and that I have to pay for either the pest control or mosquito service. She was very rude and I told her that the technician gave me the information about this program and we probably would not have agreed to the service. Now I am wondering if we end up doing the termite service, am I going to have to get a rude phone call.

Don't hire Arrow's Wildlife division. Had a terrible and costly experience with them. They didn't do the work they promised they would do. I ended up firing them and hiring someone else. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

We moved into a house that was totally re-done and had not been lived in for 2 years. We had lots of bugs and could not get rid of them. Finally we got Arrow to come in and they did a great job. They come every 4 months and even is bugs get in and are usually dead or dying by the time we see them. They also do our termite bond as well. Very personalized care!!

If you have a rodent problem.. DO NOT CALL ARROW!! They are terrible. I have been dealing with them for over a year, and I still have rodents. They are the most unprofessional, incompetent people that I have ever encountered. The technicians are careless (do not wear shoe covers, leave trash in your house and outside your house (cigarette butts, etc), put their dirty, sweaty items on your things, etc, etc. And that is only if they decide to show up - the scheduler has put down my appointment on the wrong day on multiple occasions. I could go on and on, so please don't call them or give them your business, unless you want your life to be he!! and you want a second job (keeping on them to make sure they what you paid a lot of money for them to do).

We were in the process of buying a house andhad Arrow come and do a termite inspection and give us an estimate for a bond. The guy told my husband that he needed his signature and my husband said that he didn't want the service done just yet, we hadn't even closed on the house and weren't sure if we were going to get a bond. 4 months later Arrow calls and says pay your bill today or it goes to collections. We told them that they never treated the house, and she said yes we did on "this date". The date that she gave me was actually 2 weeks before we closed on the house. HELLO? First of all they never did the service they said that they did. Somebody did drill into the driveway, but that was it. They were supposed to trench around the whole house and when I asked there manager Jason about it he said that I'm looking for evidence of something that was done 4 months ago. That brings me to another problem, why did they wait 4 months to tell me that I owed them money. My husband is a home inspector and would have noticed something like trenching, especially with our GA clay. So it turns out my husband unknowingly DID sign a contract, and we were forced to pay them for this service that we didn't want, which they never actually did. We buy several investment properties a year and have used several different companies, were loyal to only Breda now. Plus they billed us at closing to extend our contract. 3 months later and I'm stilling trying to get that money back.

I have never seen such a motley crew of exterminators. The first one they sent to our home acted and looked like he was stoned. Another came to our home at 7:00 am unannounced,let himself into our backyard, sprayed for misquitoes and left a bill on our front door --- we literally jumped out of bed in our pajamas to see if someone was trying to break in the back of our house. Lastly, they only go in our attic and basement if I SPECIFICALLY tell them to do so. If I ever forgot to tell them for some reason, they did the minimal amount of spraying and were out the door in 5 min flat. This company is completely disorganized, unprofessional and apparently needs to implement some kind of drug testing policy. If you are using this company, you should switch. We did.

This office provides me with quarterly pest control. I've had the same technician for 7 years. He's great, always asking about any problems I'm having with bugs, he always warns me with what pests are coming "into season." He's always prompt and quick with his work.

Arrow had the termite bond on our home, so I contacted them for pest control too. The technician really knows his stuff! They also took care of squirrels falling down our chimney and invading our attic. We signed up for mosquito control at the recommendation of our tech guy and it is lovely to be outside on the deck now. A couple months ago, their carpentry division put up a fence for our dog! Who knew an exterminator could do all that!?
