New Water Heater Installation
Our water heater burst on a Sunday night. We called Arrowhead Plumbing Monday morning and were able to set up an appointment for that day. Within 3 hours they were there and had the new water heater installed by 3pm. After it was installed they took the time to explain how the new unit worked. They were prompt, courteous, polite, cleaned up the area after the work was done and were very respectful of our time. I highly recommend them!

Honest, Trustworthy and Humble
I had a leak under my hot water heater and had to cut off the water to my house. My homeshield warranty sent a plumbing company that was not honest. Their company gave me a very high estimate that did not cover installing a new line from the street. The company also lied when fixing the cutoff valve in the house. They said they had to move the water heater to replace the valve at a cost of $285 to me. After contacting Mr. Derrick Bell from Arrowhead, he suggested the plumber cut a hole in the sheet rock to fix the valve. He was very upset. However, he cut a hole and fixed the valve which did not cost me. Derrick Bell gave me a better solution, better estimate and great advice. He educated me through the process and ensured I understood the problem and my options. He was prompt and did what he said. He and his crew really cared about me and fixing my problem. I can't say enough good things about them. I HIGHLY recommend this company! Derrick Bell is humble and honest. Thank you Mr. Bell.

Knowledgable & Friendly
I had Arrowhead come out to a rent house we own. I had them replace the faucet on a garden tub. It took a lot more than expected because the imbeciles who built the house did not leave an access door for the piping, but after cutting out a new access door and coordinating with a tile layer, they got it taken care of. Highly recommended.

Excellent, friendly service
Who would have thought that I would be writing an excellent review for a plumbing company. I did everything wrong to make the sewer backup worse before I called a plumber. Stacey arrived on time, was friendly, and quickly solved the problem.

Fast, Friendly and Fantastic
Came out right away and gave a fair quote to replace a portion of leaky water pipe. Didn't try to sell me on more work than I needed (which is rare these days!). Quality of work looks excellent. I would definitely call Derrick and Stacey again.
