I had a great first experience with Arrowhead Plumbing. I called Derrick Sunday night and set up an appt for this morning. I received the promised call about an hour before arrival, received a written quote before the work was started and in fact, although some of the work was more involved than we originally thought, they stuck with the quote and I appreciate that. I have more work that needs to be done and I will be calling this company back to do it. Stacey was the plumber who did the work. He was very professional, took time to answer my questions and had some good suggestions for additional work I am considering. Very positive experience and I would recommend their work. I thought the pricing was very fair if not better than other companies I have used before. The work I had done was clear the main sewer line from the house and install a new kitchen faucet to replace my 20 yr + model. Thanks guys!

Woke up this morning to an inch of water all over my kitchen floor due to a burst pipe under the sink. Called a plumber who couldn't come, but referred me to Arrowhead. They had a plumber here in a half hour and the whole thing was fixed VERY quickly. The plumber was super nice, explained everything to me, and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. I would definitely recommed them to anyone!

Being a woman I can't remember a time that I called on a handy man/plumber/mechanic or any job that I have absolutely no knowledge in and the professional did not use that to his advantage in some way. Derek listen to the problem and then had us do a simple trouble shooting procedure that solved the problem immediately! I was stunned to find out that people actual charge a full service call for such a minor repair. It's good to know that there are people and companies that still believe in "Good Old Fashion" Integrity and value relationships more than making a buck!

I called Derrick on Monday afternoon from my office leaving him a message that I thought my pressure reducer valve needed to be replaced. He returned my call that same Monday evening and I described the symptoms I was having with my water pipes. He said he could send a technician out in the morning between 8 and 9 A.M. I received the call at 8:45 that they were on the way! Derrick Bell (owner) and Stacey Estes was the technician that installed the valve after they determined is was the PRV. He and Derrick saved me money on parts by quickly evaluating the valve location and installation of the new valve. The removal of the valve was not typical, it had to be cut out due to space limitations (copper water pipe on one side and sewer pipe on the other) it could not be disconnected by loosening the nuts and swinging the valve out. Once the valve was installed and tested, my water pipes are quite and the pressure is now stable. I am very impressed and will definitely use Arrowhead again when needed. Randy Luther

I have limited experience with plumbers and most service people. If its less than 240V and lower than 20', I will usually fix it myself. Recently a clogged toilet while i was at work led to me meeting Stacy and Derrick. Good people worth meeting, under more pleasant circumstances than mine hopefully. The clog turned out to be WAY more than I could have handled, tree roots, sloppy sewer connection, and a really DEEP hole! Arrowhead's Quality is EXCEPTIONAL ,service is uncompromising, and value is worth calling Arrowhead all over again. I expected the estimate to increase, however much to my relief Derrick stayed true to his price. In a world of "did I get what I paid for", You will not be disappointed in calling Arrowhead. I sure am glad I did. Joe

I found Derrick to be very fair with his prices. He actually tried to save me $$$$. In the future - this will be the company I call for any plumbing needs.

I recently received a high quote from my "regular" plumber (a big name company) for a new water heater and water pressure regulator (since, according to them, my pressure was "way too high.") The quote for these two services was $2,055 ($1405 for the water heater and $650 for the pressure regulator). I decided to get a second opinion. I went on Kudzu for the first time and found Arrowhead Plumbing, which had excellent reviews. Owner Derrick Bell was extremely courteous and professional. He sent over one of his master plumbers, Tyrone, on a day that was best for me. The quote was much more reasonable for the water heater AND Tyrone informed me there was nothing wrong with my water pressure!! To think I was so close to going with my regular plumber just because I'm a trusting fool. Live and learn - we gals had better beware of this kind of scam, even from "reputable" firms. I would use Arrowhead again in a minute - I appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

Tyrone, the plumber who came to my house, was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the work and will recommend Arrowhead to any friend or family member who needs a plumber.

I had previously used Arrowhead to help with a clogged toilet (that it turned out my two year old was storing crayons in.) I was so pleased with the prompt and efficient service that I called Derek at Arrowhead again, this time about a dead garbage disposal that I assumed would need to be replaced. He laughed and said, "I'd feel bad about stealing from you . . . in fact, it's so simple I'll tell you how to fix it." He walked me through it patiently and charged me nothing. End result, good as new. I wish Kudzu gave six stars . . . this is the kind of personal, kind, small town service that your grandparents wistfully reminisce about at Thanksgiving.

Six months ago Derek Bell at Arrowhead Plumbing did a job at my home. A separate plumbing issue arose last Saturday (unrelated to his work). Unable to figure out the problem, I called him for help. In response, he drove 30 minutes to my house at 5 PM on a Saturday dressed for his evening plans with Mrs. Bell in the front seat. He helped me for 35 minutes until I discovered the source of the problem and wouldn't accept any payment. That type of service simply doesn't exist in today's world.

I called Derrick at noon from my office to find out when I could get a pressure reducer valve replaced. When I told him the problems I was having, he decided it better be done today. At 2:00 I received the call that they were on the way! Stacey Estes was the technician that installed the valve. He did it after explaining the cost and the necessity very thoroughly. I am very impressed and will definitely use Arrowhead again when needed. Dianne Ney Dacula, GA

I had been having some problems with my toilets and my sink had been dripping for a while. I called Derrick at Arrowhead Plumbing and was greeted courteously and a time was scheduled. Stacey came out (ON TIME) and told me what was wrong. I had to get 3 new toilets...YIKES! So, that's the bad news; the good news, is they gave me a great price, treated me like I was part of the family and gave me some advice for future stuff. I HIGHLY recommend you trust all your plumbing needs to Arrowhead. They're really wonderful!

Thought I had a stopped drain but the washing machine was the problem that was causing the leak. There was a leak in a water supply facet that was fixed by tightening a nut. No charge. Thanks guys you are the greatest.

Had to get a new gas water heater installed. I saw their reviews on KUDZU and decided to give a try. I had a slightly cheaper installation quote by $50 from another contractor. But, Derrick was very professional. True to his word, he sent his technician Stacey for this. My charge was $300 bucks for installation. They were very professional and did an excellent job with a 1 year guarentee on their work. I would highly recommend them and use them again when needed.
