*helpful and generous with his time*
Wayne hasn't serviced my pool but I called him today looking for pulverized glass for a sand filter and we got into a really informative discussion about pool systems. He shared quite a bit of his knowledge of pools with me and I really appreciated his taking the time to advise me. He wasn't trying to sell himself, just answering my questions to the best of his ability. When I do need to find someone to service my pool I will definitely think of him.
