Glowing reviews, disappointing reality. After they came out to measure our kitchen - two separate times - they picked up the granite we had on hand - only to call back and say they could not cut it to fit properly. After we requested return of our granite, the rep (Malinda) informed us there would be a "delivery charge" to get our property back. No call back on repeated calls, voice mails, and emails, on the amount of the delivery charge -- or on how we might come up with an alternative arrangement for installation. Our view is that they have taken our granite and are now likely just selling it as remnants. If you are dealing with Art Stone, better keep your hand on your pocket book.

We were pressed to do a complete new kitchen... cabinets, refinish floors, granite, pick faucets, appliances in a crush between purchase/sale and move. Spoke to the"cheap $/SF guys", went to the Gwinnett supplier they all used and had limited choices or inventory. Searched and found Art Stone... 9000 installs, walked in 30 minutes later. Jennifer showed us 4 of the very best granites for our use.. in their stock, and we signed on the spot. She was infinitely helpful in not only the granite but advice os the rest of the design. She sets aside 3 slabs of your choice with a deposit. Called back when the cab. guy was done and whammo... perfection installed in a week. Most fabulous granite and perfect gem crown for our terrific new kitchen!!! Beau Simon, Nature Craft cabs Marietta built custom for 30% less than low end Home Depot. Terriffic team.

The title speaks for it's self, i went in there for a kitchen, they helped me in choosing the color, style, and after taking quotes by two other stores in the same area "their price was the best"

I remodeled my kitchen and purchased granite from Artstone Granite in December 2012. The process of selection and ordering went smoothly, however the rest of the process was unfortunate. The day of installation I notified Artstone that they created a large gaping hole in my wall by the backsplash. Artstone did not address the issue in a timely manner and never fixed the hole. After waiting for over a month, I had another contractor repair the wall. In addition to the wall damage, Artstone also left exposed wires in a backsplash area where electrical outlets were located. I notified them of the exposed wires as well. Artstone stated that it was not their responsibility to repair it. So I hired an licensed electrician to repair it and he explained to me that Artstone's poor workmanship and ill-sized cuts caused me to have an issue that is not standard. I called the owner, Wellington with this information and he has simply refused to return my phone call. CAUTION: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Artstone Granite & Marble. Mistakes happen and can be fixed, however it is a bad business practice to ignore your customers and refuse to address their issues.

Art Stone Granite & Tile did an excellent job with our entire countertop replacement process. In particular, Jennifer Gordinho is a wonderful professional who provided excellent customer service from the beginning of the process through and after installation. The template maker and the installers were real pros. Art Stone should be high on your list if you intend to have any granite or marble work completed. Jennifer, your are the best!!!!

Thank you for allowing Art Stone to create a beautiful space for you. We appreciate you and hope that you enjoy your new kitchen . Keep Rrrrocking. Jennifer
Art Stone has wonderful reviews and beautiful show room but their service leaves a lot to be desired. Jenifer, the salesperson we dealt with was super nice. Taking her time to discuss options and helping us pick out a piece that would match our tile floor. We told her it would be a couple months before we were ready to take the piece and if we needed to put a down payment on it, we were prepared to do so. She said not to worry and put a sticky note on it. When we were ready for the granite installation, we had weeks worth of unreturned phone calls from Jenifer. Come to find out, they sold the granite out from under us. Needless to say we were extremely frustrated, this was compounded by the fact that we couldn't even get a return phone call. We started the process over again, assured that this would not happen again. We did find a granite that we liked even more than the previous selection. Once your choose your granite, you have to come in to Art Stone and decide on your template. This is so they will know where you want the cuts to be made. We spent about 2 hours deciding exactly where the cuts should be made to ensure the prettiest parts were left intact. On the day of the installation, we quickly noticed they didn't use the template at all, cutting through the prettiest parts. When we called to complain, our phone calls were...surprise, surprise....unreturned. They did, however, promptly charge the remainder of their fee to our credit card though.

Art Stone was such a great company to work with! Jenn helped us out so much and was always available to answer our questions. They did everything in the time frame we needed. And everyone they sent to the house to measure and install was a pleasure to work with. We had such a wonderful experience. We highly recommend using them!

We were very pleased with the work and special effort Jenn gave us on getting the granite in on our time frame. Jenn gave us excellent advice on the color and look our kitchen needed. They were in and out in a couple of hours and left with no mess to clean. We love our new kichen. Thanks Jenn and Art Stone.

I had heard good things about Art Stone and am SO GLAD we chose them to do all the counters for our whole house renovation. Jenn did an AMAZING job for us from start to finish....spending a lot of time with me to pick out and coordinate all the stones for our home. It's been a long process since it's a big house, and she never once made me feel anything other than her most important customer. Her taste and guidance have been exceptional, as has the level of service that she and the rest of the Art Stone crew have provided. The owner of the company has come by more than once to personally oversee the installation and oversee a few minor adjustments. I can't say enough good things about the level of service I have received from this company. Of course, the quality has been fantastic- they see to every detail and have been focused on my total satisfaction at every stage. The prices have been super reasonable as well. Highly recommend. We love our home and so much of that is thanks to this company!

You RRRRROOOCK!!!! Thank you . I really enjoyed working with you on this project and it was my pleasure. As a designer I maintain that what you put into a big scale project like this is what you get out. You were an absolute delight and one of the best home owners that I could have possibly have had the opportunity to work with and make friends with . The whole of Art Stone loved working with you . Jenn
Just signed my second contract today with Art Stone. This time I picked out granite for my kitchen, it went just as smooth as the first project (the master bathroom). I worked with Melinda, she knew I had a budget and a time line, and she made sure to help me keep both on track. Very pleased with products they offer, cleanliness of store/shop, and overall cost. My stone was measured, cut, and installed by A.S. for $25per sq/ft cheaper compared to the "big box stores" and their's still wouldn't have had a sink with it.

We were very pleased with the process It was quite orderly and professional After visiting the showroom, my husband and I knew this was the company we wanted to do business with. ArtStone patiently offered not only ideas on the countertops for our 30 year old kithcen, but has been instrumental in coordinating the existing cabinets & tile floor to make it work. The installation was excellent with courteous & professional installers. I had to search to locate the seams! ArtStone is continueing to assist us with advice on a few decorating details for the kitchen which is much appreciated. Now when I walk into my 30 year old kitchen, I stop & stare for a moment. I cannot believe the difference the beautiful granite countertops have made! As we proceed on to refurbishing bathrooms, ArtStone is the one we will again choose! The Bradys Douglasville, Georgia

We are grateful to Jenn, Ezra, Sandrya, Melinda and Evelyn at Art Stone for helping us choose the appropriate granite and making the granite installation so easy. It was only about 3 hours from start to finish so we had our kitchen back in a short time. They took the time to discuss the possibilities of expanding our island before TJ made the template and we love the extra 12" on our width and length. Jenn had us wait until new stone came in so we could have a perfect match for our kitchen. I had looked for years and Jenn listened to what I wanted and was able to get us the perfect granite for our kitchen. They are all extremely busy but Jenn would always answer my emails. When she is with you, she gives you her full attention and does not take phone calls. We were pleased with the entire process from start to finish. They work as a team and when Jenn was with a customer, Ezra, Melinda and Sandrya were happy to answer all of our questions and concerns. Evelyn, the accountant makes sure you understand all that you need to when you purchase the granite. I liked all the attention to every detail. This was such a pleasant experience that I will recommend them highly. My contractor has recommended many people to them and they all had the same positive experience.

It is great working with Jennifer to get the granite counter top installed for us. She is a great designer and helped us on choosing the right color to match with our existing color schema. On top of that, the owner Wellington really knows what's the world class service. They follow through and make sure the customer is happy. I am very impressed and will highly recommend them.
