Best investment you can make in your life, 5/02/2009

We are all so busy, yet we are looking for ways to better the quality of our lives. If only we had a few extra hours each day! If you feel this way, the Art of Living course is the best investment... you can make in yourself. In simple, easy steps it taught me how to use my breath to eliminate stress, feel energized, and get the smile back on my face. It worked wonders for me when I took the course the first time (2001), and I have taken advantage of their weekly follow up sessions ever since. If you want to learn practical techniques to improve the quality of your life and don't have a whole lot of time in your busy schedule to take time off, this is the best thing in town.

A Holistic medicine for mind, body and spirit..., 4/26/2009

When I did the course for the first time 8 years ago, I was drawn by curiosity about it. I had heard about ancient breathing techniques and how it can help manage mind and emotions. And I wanted to... experience if it really works. When I did the program, I was blown away...the expereince of Sudarshan Kriya (a breathing technique taught in the program) gave me such a HIGH....I was in the 7th heaven...and that feeling has stayed with me ever since. Going to the weekly followup sessions (and guess what, the follow-ups are free)has helped me harness the benefits of the program long after I completed it. If you are looking for something tangible to help get more out of life and with less stress, this is your ticket...As a side benefit, I made so many more friends which enriched my social life as well.

Secret to happiness and zero stress

I took six days program offered by Art of Living on breathing about 2 years ago. This course turned my life around in a positive way. After six days it felt as if I am totally a new person. I read on power of breath before but never experienced in such a manner. Now, i tell my friends and family that can't you spend penny a day to be happy and healthy for rest of your life!!

Is it going to be worth?

I knew the course would be good but was not sure if the fees amount was alright before doing the course. The course was amazing and I felt it was great that some one actually provides such a course. I could see myself handling things differently and perceiving the things in life wholistically. Life with the course is definetely awesome than without it. So I recommend everyone to do this course and reap the benefits

Best gift you can give to your self

Before I did this course I thought stress and low energy is part of life. Not really, there is so much energy you have just with few breaths and lots of clarity in life. I recommend this course to every one who wants to see what's life really is. Best gift you can give to your self and this gift will be fresh and new every day. Guys you don't know what you have been missing. Just go for it. I gurantee you will love this course.

Best stress buster in town

This is so much better than any other stress buster that you can find. Whoever thought breathing can be so effective in relieving stress. I got hooked to the "Art of Living" program a few years ago and since then its been a stress free ride. The only side effects are stress free living and a quiver free breath. For a "one-time life time" fee, I learnt the techniques that I can use for the rest of my life.

There is a secret in the breath...

Before I did this course, I had no idea something as simple as breath can be so powerful. The course teaches very simple and practical breathing techniques that you can use everyday to increase your energy levels and be more productive. The course spans over 6 days and involves lot of fun filled interactive processes. And that is not the end of it ...there are weekly follow up sessions that you can attend at several locations within the city and around world for free. When I signed up for it I thought of it as course..but I realize after taking it that its something I will carry with me for life. I continue to practise the techniques taught and it has benefitted me in my professional and personal life. I have also met so many interesting people from diverse backgrounds at the follow up sessions who have also contributed to my growth as an individual.

Best Yoga and Meditation Class anywhere!

They teach a 6 day course called, you guessed it right, "Art of Living". The breathing techniques taught on the course are really great. The instructors are very knowledgeable and caring. I have not found a Yoga Course that is more holistic and comprehensive than Art of Living. They have a nice bookstore with really phenomenal books, CDs, videos and Music for those interested in learning Yoga and Meditation. They've got free follow-up sessions after the introductory course. They also have a large network of centers everywhere in the world, and past the introductory course, follow-up sessions can be attended free of cost, anywhere in the world. This Yoga Center delivers really good value.

Life Transforming

The organization offers a 6-day workshop called the Art of Living Course. I attended it about 5 years back and my life has been transformed ever since. It feels like I am so much more relaxed and calmer on a daily basis... Today, I feel younger, healthier and happier than I ever did in my life before. I only regret that I didn't do this program earlier in life. Totally recommend this to everyone!

Best Yoga course I ever did

I did the "Art of living" 6 day course when I was a graduate student at Georgia Tech. I learnt the breathing technique called "Sudarshan Kriya" along with "Pranayamas" and various Yoga postures during the couse. The breathing techniques are very effective and the benefits are tangible. For me I could see my GPA improve after I started practicing the breathing techniques regularly. They help me to get rid of stress and have a calmer, focused mind. The foundation offers free weekly follow ups for anyone who has done the workshop and that helps me a lot to be regular in my practice. I would surely recommend the workshop to everyone.
