Artep responded to my immediate need for our backyard cleanup and mulching before the holiday weekend. They were on time, did good work and offered additional tips for improving our living space. I appreciate the great job they did on such short notice.

I saw Artep signage at a commercial site in Duluth and decided to use them for sod and irrigation installation. After 2 calls to the company, I received prompt estimate, good price, clear warranty and watering information for newly installed sod. The irrigation work was completed on time then sod was delivered and installed and the after work cleanup was a well done job by the work by crew.

Artep started some work last October and never finished it. Since January we've tried contacting her about when she was coming back and she would reply via email acknowledging the work isn't finished but not telling us when the work will be done. She built a retaining wall and hasn't finished it the last few tasks, she installed a stone walkway and hasn't sealed it. She added sod along the walkway which isn't same grass but disagrees and she claims it's because we haven't fertilized it. (I could be wrong, but when the new sod goes dormant over the winter and the rest of your yard is green, doesn't that tell you the sod is DIFFERENT?)If the customer isn't satisfied, a good company would at least meet with the customer to talk about it-it wasn't a lot of material to begin with. She won't meet with us, we only get email responses. All we wanted was for her to finish the work, all we get are emails acknowledgements of what work is still "pending", but no completion date and asking for money for additional work. Now she's voiding her warranty because we're unhappy with her. I get the feeling she didn't want to bother with our "little" job anymore since she had other more profitable projects to focus on which I'm SURE she's paid attention to. If you use this company, the last mile to completion may not get done! And don't upset her or her work won't be under warranty anymore!

Who is CherylK???? I'm so sorry this client believes that their work was not completed well. However, my employees were sent to client home to fix the problem but and they were sent home by client. Several missed appointments were rescheduled but client decided one hour before meeting to reschedule. Client believes that as a small company they can extract more work than what is paid for. I apologize for their feelings but they also has a large sum of money that is still due to contractor. I hope they use the unpaid funds finish the job since they have not paid us to finish the work and insist on getting more work for same fee.
Ms. Petra Simpson, owner of Artep, has excelled in losing my business and referral $$. It will be 9 months this June when she started a 5-7 day project -hardscape and planting. After many attempts, the job remains incomplete and we are now stuck with shoddy work that will require additional $s to fix. She makes big promises like a 2 yr warranty to win the deal, but obviously has no sincere intent to keep any of her commitments. We selected Petra after receiving several bids in the spirit of promoting a young entreprenuer who appeared knowledgeable. Clearly a big mistake. Feel free to send me any queries at email@example.com before you make the same mistake of hiring Artep.

Artep was hired for maintenance and as of today I'm pleased with the quality service I receive. Their days varies due to weather but quality, price and customer service is exceptional.

Artep did the following landscape installation for Clark Atlanta University-Thayer Hall. 10K-sf Sod, 250 trees and shrubbery, Irrigation work. All work was completed professionally. Small company a little understaff but contractor work overtime and completed project on scheduled. Thanks for great job.

Artep Landscape was referrd to me by a friend. They were hired first before I check any reviews on Kudzu and I'm happy I did. Artep landscape team redesigned my back yard with shrubbery and sod installatin lighting and irrigation work. The owner delivered what she promised. After reviewing and talking to her about the negative reviews I could see how she could be taken advantage of because she is laid back and pleasant but definately delivered what she promised. Thanks Jenny for telling me about Artep

Petra of Artep services never returned my calls, never sent a contract and never let me come to their location to pay. She scheduled meetings with me at my home, never showed up and never called. In fact, she didn't return 3 voice mails and 2 emails in a week time span and showed up at my door ranting and raving, screaming obsenities and calling me names when I refused to sign the contract (after she got rude and ran off at her mouth) because she already missed tow installation dates and then threatened to put a lien on my house for work she didn't do - nor did she have a contract for. She would not leave my property and I had to call the police to make her finally leave - but she didn't leave until after she used foul language and called me disgusting names in front of my children and neighbors. I look forward to this one going to court. Completely unprofessional. UPDATE (4/2): Petra is now sending me threatening emails to remove my review or she is going to push forward with the lien. She claims my children were not around, when in fact, when I went in to call the police because she was trespassing, my 3 year old daughter asked me, "why is that lady being mean to you daddy?" I had to tell my duaghter to go to her room until she left because I did not know how crazy the situation was going to get. Petra now wants me to remove my review and in return she promises to not put a lien on my house. Contact me for more details at firstname.lastname@example.org

Little had my husband and I knew Artep has two divisions within their company. They were called for painting and later they were hired for Irrigation Installation with LV Lighting and minor landscape rework for our property. After our home was painted to our satisfaction we also hire them for landscape. A different crew showed up, the work wend off with no problems and we are satisfied with their prices and workmanship. Will definately hire them for more work. Sandra

I hired Artep for a landscaping project at my home and couldn't be more dissatisfied. Hired them for a relatively complete overhaul of my backyard, which included lighting, carpentry work, new sod, and some plantings. Sod didn't survive. I hired 5 star reviewed lawn fertilizing and maintenance companies to care for the sod afterwards; one of them told me that the sod shouldn't have been planted so late in the season. The lighting is shoddily installed in my opinion, with exposed wiring throughout our yard. I think the carpentry is terrible, with crooked joints and warped wood in the installation. When I had another carpenter view the work he asked me if I hired high school kids to do the work. To top it off, the proprietor has refused to correct numerous flaws that still exist in the work in my opinion. You can contact me for pictures of the work at email@example.com if you want to see what I think is shoddy carpentry and lighting installation. Artep claims that we wanted additional work done when payment was due, but that is false in my opinion! We merely wanted the work we initially agreed upon to be done properly! We finally made payment to the proprietor so we wouldn't have any more headaches over this. I personally cannot fathom the reason for these positive reviews. Perhaps it is because the proprietor has a pleasant disposition, however, the quality and workmanship of their work is horrendous in my opinion. Bottom line, my opinion is: stay away

I recently had 4 pallettes of sod installed. Their workmanship was very good. My only beef was that that the company did not show up on 2 occasions when they were scheduled to work, and they did not bother to call. They said they were going to come out and prep the ground on a Sat. before the sod was delivered, but they didn't show up until the sod was delivered, several days later. Also they promised to roll the sod the next day but didn't bother to show up. I had to call them. A little extra effort in customer service (simple phone calls)goes a long way.
