Ascot Diamonds

I went to Ascot Diamonds to have my engagement ring appraised. Matt was extremely professional, knowlegeable and took the time to explain everything. The service was excellent and so was the facility.

Went to Ascot based off of reviews and could not have been more satisfied with the process. Was introduced to Wanda on our visit and she was very helpful, knowledgeable, was not pushy and cared. To be thorough we shopped at some other places but the experience was not the same and we thought the quality was lacking so we confidently came back and purchased our diamond from Wanda. I wasn't going to take my ring off ever, but asked Wanda what she would do if she was gardening, she said she would take her rings off.so now I "Wanda" my ring when gardening. My mother passed away last year and it was her last gift and wish to me that I wear her wedding band. I wanted to honor my mother's wish and at the same time I wanted to have a ring that represented me. So I decided to have my mom's yellow gold Rhodium Plated to white gold. I looked around and visited several jewelry shops and was not completely convinced or pleased at the level of service and it was very important to me that my mom's ring was handled with tendor loving care. I finally came across Ascot Diamonds. From the moment I spoke to Marlene on the phone I knew I had found a winner. Her warm professionalism made me feel that my ring would be in capable hands and guess what, I was right! When I took my ring in I noticed how very secured and professional the office was. I was taken to a private consultation room where all the attention was given to me and my ring. I must say it was a wonderful experience! Speaking with Marlene felt more like speaking with a friend. She was patient, kind, professional and very attentive to my needs and request and I couldn't be more please with the results! My ring was gorgeous! Along with the Rhodium Plating, they appraised, fixed one of the prongs and cleaned it to perfection! I am a client for life! After visiting multiple retail jewelers, I was thoroughly unhappy with the experience of trying to buy an engagement ring. A friend recommended Ascot and even though I didn't think my budget was large enough, I sent an email and they not only set me up with an appointment, but assured me they would work within my financial constraints. My jeweler, Brittany Odom, did an excellent job of making sure I had a wonderful experience and got a fantastic ring that has gotten many many compliments. I was so happy with the experience that we also purchased my fiance's wedding band from Ascot and I will without a doubt do further business with them in the future.

After visiting numerous ""best rated"" Jewelers in Atlanta and feeling almost hopeless that we would never find that perfect engagement ring, we finally made our way to Ascot Diamonds. Wanda, Matt and associates treated us with the highest level of Customer Service and were extremely attentive to our needs. They took the time to listen and work with us and we had the best experience designing our own ""one-of-a-kind"" engagement ring! We are truely blessed to have met such wonderful, sincere people who really care about their clients. We will definately be using Ascot exclusively for our Jewelry needs from here on out.
