Jerry Hall, the owner, started in the HVAC business in 1980 after serving in the U.S. Army for 3 years. He built a company, All-American Air Conditioning and Heating, which he sold in 1997. In 2002, Jerry went back into the Comfort business, with the creation of Assured Comfort Heating &.. Air. In 2004, after having a few successful years, Jerry noticed that a National Guard Armory unit from Douglasville, GA was being deployed to Iraq. At this time, he decided it was time to step up to the plate, with no cost HVAC services to these brave families. Since 2004, we at Assured Comfort have continued to understand the influence that one company can have on the communities it serves. So we feel as time moved on, we have continually evolved into a community service focused HVAC company. We are active participants in the Soldier?s Angels Christmas Project; make regular annual donations to the United Way and the American Red Cross of not less than $500 each. We support Kate?s Club, a non-profit supporting children who have experience the loss of a parent or sibling, and The Department of Family and Children Services providing children in foster care with Christmas gifts in the five metro counties we serve. If your air conditioning or heating system is not working properly, please call us immediately so that we can help you! We staff our offices from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 2pm on Saturdays. We have operators available 24-hours to take your emergency calls and to dispatch a service tech any time, day or night, to take care of any unexpected HVAC repairs.
We repair all makes and models from Carrier, Trane, Lennox to Rheem, Goodman, Amana and all other brands. We recommend annual maintenance on air conditioning as well as heating. We offer same day service in most cases for repairs. We offer certified duct cleaning, HEPA air purification and attic insulation along with many other services.
By upgrading your heating and air conditioning system to an Energy Star rated system, you could qualify to get a tax credit of 30% of the purchase price with a $1,500 cap.

I have been a customer of Assured Comfort Heating & Air for over 8 years, for my former home and now present. I have always received quality workmanship, great products, same day appointments and... most of all wonderful customer service, they even put plastic covers over their shoes ;-). I appreciate how they email photos of the service techs. Of course, I already know them all anyway, but for new customers it is comforting to know who will show up at your door. Last night our fan would not shut off, so we turned the system off completely. I called Assured this morning and they sent David Yeager out. I had already met him on a previous maintenance visit, so I knew that he was a qualified tech. In no time he found the problem -a bad electrical wire from the thermostat to the system! Called about Assured Comforts free furnace offer. After having the technician, who was a straight salesman, come out the price with the free furnace was still $5000 for the cheapest unit! Wow what a discount. I just called anchor who came out a really looked at my home and what I needed. They even measured my home to make sure my ac would be the right size.
I would like to apologize that your experience was less than exceptional. At Assured Comfort we pride ourselves in being an honest and ethical company. My experience in the past with other heating / AC companies made me dread calling for service. Assured erased all of that. A professional , knowledgeable,technician arrived within two hours after I called. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and had my system up and running only a few minutes after that. Fair price and quality work. I could not recommend this company any higher.
I've been a 12-year customer and the technicians have always been there whenever I have needed them. Whether tune-ups or repairs, they are always on-time, courteous, knowledgable, honest, and professional.
Very professional from the start. The owner, Jerry, came out and gave us his estimate, which was the best one we received and even came to check on his staff during the install of 2 new a/c units. The install team was respectful and pleasant in all of our interactions. I would use this company and recommend them again.
The first time my air conditioning wasn't working in the summer, I called several places and only Assured Comfort was able to get out to my home quickly. The technician was friendly, efficient and quickly able to diagnose my issue. Approximately one year later, I had to call them again. This time I had a different technician, but he was just as knowledgeable, friendly and efficient as the first. They really look for ways to help the customer without charging a fortune, and he ended up recommending a service plan that worked great for me (and didn't cost a bundle!). I have been extremely satisfied with Assured Comfort,and I will continue to reward them with my business!

I've used Assured Comfort for all my homes heating and cooling needs since...well since the very first time I called them to come service a problem. I was treated very well, the problem was addressed and fixed, and the pricing was very fair. I have an older system so over the next few years when I had a problem I continued to call them and their service has always been consistently excellent. They have a yearly service plan that I would encourage everyone to check out...it will save you money...especially if you have an older system like mine. I also like the personal touches Assured does so well. They send out thank you cards and calenders and really make you feel like they actually appreciate your business. I'm sold on them and wouldn't call any one else...check them out. P.S.: THIS WASN'T ANY KIND OF PAID ENDORSEMENT OR ANYTHING. I just feel it's important to appreciate those who appreciate you!

My parents referred me to Assured Comfort two years ago when I returned from an out of country trip to a house with no heat. I called late on that cold January night, and they were out early the next morning. I've been using them ever since, and have been extremely pleased. My parents continue to be pleased with them as well. I highly recommend them.
We decided to have our HVAC system routine serviced and to sign a service contract. Our air conditioner 'worked' great, but it was time to have it looked at since one of the units had a buzzing sound that you commonly hear when a contact switch is going bad. Here is what happened. 1) The technician did not open the evaporator to check that the condensation flow is not impeded. 2) It was suggested that both units not drain into 1 condensate pump, so a reroute of PVC pipe was quoted at $600! 3) One contact switch was said to be bad, and the other unit had a bad capacitor, so I got a deal to have the set replaced in each unit for $240 each unit. 4) When closing out the sale and calling in my credit card, I heard a "woo hoo" from the lady at the office when he mentioned the second capacitor/contact switch on the order. 5) The tech said the units do not need a coolant boost, which I know is wrong. 6) Now the units blow warm air NOT cold air as they did before the 'service'. 7) I decided to open my AC units and to my total shock THE NEW ELECTRIC PARTS ARE DANGLING FREE IN THE UNIT INSULATED ONLY BY THE CARDBOARD BOX THEY WERE IN. 8) I paid over $650 in good trusting faith, and now my HVAC system is unsuable.

Professional, courteous and they do a good job at keeping my units serviced. I have been using them since they installed my dual fuel unit and my tank less water heater.
