We're pretty happy
Went in there after the dealer found a cracked motor mount. Don didn't find the crack, but did find a leak in the power steering hose, which he fixed, though I don't think he was demonstrably cheaper than the dealer on it.
Went in a few weeks later with a screech coming out. Don found worn belts and a tensioner. Fixed it and the screech was still there.
To his credit, Don arranged for a rental car and did the additional repairs for free. No more screeches.
While I'm not sure I agree with the idea that there were two screeches, I know that Don's forthrightness and customer service has me coming back.
We had another issue this morning. Took it in and they corrected it -- free of charge -- in about 15 minutes.
They'll get all of our car service now.
