The over all service was great. From the time my husband made the phone call and recieve information from the time they came to the job. The service technician was very friendly but most of all her new his job. Before he started he explan what would take place and what he was looking for until the job was completed. He share the price of the job before and afterwards. I would refer this company to people and look forward to working with the company very soon.

I emailed Atech for a rough quote for pumping our septic tank. Within 1 hr I had a response with a high/low rough quote. I emailed back and was able to secure a reservation for 9 AM the next Tuesday morning.

Atech arrived on time, asked where to park their equipment, which we found very considerate (they weren't sure if we would need out of the garage soon or not).

They got right to work, found our tank quickly, and were able to assess the overall system - giving us confidence that our system was in great working order. Whew, what a relief!

They finished the job, replaced the lid, and leveled the area like it had been. You can barely tell any work was done.

Made an appointment, showed up on time, quality workmanship, great personality of service tech, loads of helpful hints. Highly recommend for plumbing needs.

Additional fees sprungon you once you have waited for them to show up 4 hours later than scheduled without so much as a phone call.
