Help not wanted
I contacted the Atlanta Alliance furniture division to donate some fairly new bedroom furniture. The person who answered the phone was very unprofessional and "ghetto". I was told that the person that handles the furniture requests were out and would call me back within the hour.
My called was returned about three hours later by an equally rude, unprofessional, ghetto person. She loudly and rudely stated that there pick up appointments would be at least 3 months in the future. She also asked what I was donating and how much I paid for it and where I purchased it All of sort of ridiculous questions just to give to charity....
