Recently I had my front door replaced by Atlanta Area Window and Door Company. Mike Hansford arrived on time and professionally installed my beautiful new door. He was very professional and polite. The job was somewhat complicated, but the final installation was perfect and much appreciated. I will recommend your company to others, particularly the fine service I received from Jim Elkins and Mike Hansford. Keep up the good work!

Mark installed 13 replacement windows and 2 doors in our home over 16 years ago and we've been extremely pleased with the quality of them over the years. We recently noticed a small problem with one of the windows and Mark came to check it out. He agreed that it had a slight seal problem and needed replacing at no charge (since all windows & doors have a lifetime warranty.) You just don't find that kind of service everywhere these days and now we are very happy that we went with a quality product from a quality company, Atlanta Area Window & Door.

About 5 years ago, I needed ONE (1) window with specific specs due to a remodel, changing a 4th bedroom into a larger master bathroom. Even though I knew that my purchase would not mean much actual income to the company, I recieved exceptional help with my product decision, includng detailed advice about Lo-E, and they worked with my contractor who had some special needs as to when he could pick-up the window.

I am glad to have once again located Atlanta Area Window, and that they are doing the great quality customer service, like I had received before.

I am phoning them today, because now I do need eight (8 )windows! I look forward to the quality product and service that I will receive from them!

I have ordered windows and doors from Mark at Atlanta Area Window and Door. He has a great attitude, Very professional, very knowledgeable and very personal when it comes to specifics about your situation. Great place to do business!

I have used this company to replace several windows and doors in my home. Their service has gone downhill. They do not show up for appointments or stand by their products or installation. Do not use this company; you will be disappointed.
