Professional and Thorough
We called several inspection firms when trying to decide on the right inspector. We learned that not all inspectors are the same and they are not required to have a license in Georgia. That made us very nervous. After speaking with Michael and seeing samples of his work we decided to hire him for our inspection. We feel he did an outstanding job and carefully explained all the findings in his report. We had some follow-up questions over the next few days, and Michael was more than willing to speak to us again on at least two occassions.

Professional Service and Professional Deliverable
I went under contract to buy a new condo and hired Michael at Atlanta Condo Inspections. He found several items that were in need of repair from a leaking water heater to two windows that had moisture problems. He also found some electrical problems. He spent time with me going over the report page by page and also giving me tips on maintenance. I highly recommend Atlanta Condo Inspections.

Professional and thorough
As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the inspection process. Michael was patient and thorough. His report was over 35 pages. It took me two hours to read through all the information. But, I felt more confident about the condition of my townhouse. Michael said to call any time with additional questions. I was very impressed.
