all they know how to do is type your problem in the computer and see what it recommends. No on hands technician. What the computer spits out with the jacked up prices is all they do. If they can fix 1 problem, they will create 2 and keep you coming back to rip you off again. Would not recommend even for an oil change because they will screw something up there also!!

The staff seemed to be annoyed when I asked questions about parts and cost. They also seemed annoyed that I already knew what the problem was with my car. Charged $145 for a simple serpentine belt replacement, indicated that the parts cost was $70 with labor at $75. Oil change for BMW's with Mobil 1 was similar in price to dealership without the standard BMW parts($105). Not going back, too bad, close to my residence.

Talk about fast and friendly....wow, I'm impressed. I'll be going back. I enjoyed the change of pace. Normal experience at the mechanic's is to wait for someone to take care of you and then to be treated like you're a number.....not here! I felt like these guy are my friends after this experience.

Honest and trustworthy. The best auto service in Atlanta. I highly recommend Atlanta Car Care, I won't take my vehicle anyplace else. I recommended Atlanta Car Care to my own mother. My cars where repaired on time and "under" budget.

Have been doing business with them since 2004. Bought a Lexus from John and all maintainence and service is done only by Atlanta Car Care. Excellent service. Referred several friends for purchase of cars from John Spilane

I've been using them for years (2 cars) and they have been very up front with repairs and pricing. I trust them completely and will continue to use and recommend them. Whenever I've gotten second quotes, they are always right on or cheaper. Be sure to check this place out!
