I was I patient for over twenty years. I mainly saw Judy Silverstein who did biopsies of my moles, all I heard back was from the receptionist was that my moles were OK-in fact many were abnormal I found out after getting my chart. They stamped on melanoma counseling on my chart with every visit which I never received. When she cancelled her appt. 17 yrs into going here, I saw Martin Weil, I showed him a jagged spreading lesion on my left arm. He told me it was benign and let me walk out the door. 8 months later I go back (big mistake) and see Weil again with a complaint that now it was itching (classic sign of melanoma- family history of melanoma in my chart) He says it's an inflamed SK, and does cryosurgery (malpractice with a family history of melanoma. Cryosurgery makes melanoma metastasize and is a major contraindication.) All this could be taught to a 12 year old. The lesion comes back and I see a different so called Dr there Michael Fisher, at this point I have a large red spreading area on my arm. He also does cryosurgery on this same lesion, letting me just believe it was benign for the 3rd time without a biopsy (malpractice again) doesn't even make a note in the chart that he does this surgery . He removes something off my back, I turn around and see he is not even using gloves! I tell him my sister has had melanoma (which is in my chart of 20 years) He says "There's one!" and sprayed my leg, I now have stage 3 melanoma (my arm) This is my experience&opinion

This woman is rude, brusk and should not see patients. I have been a patient at this clinic for years but this was my first encounter with Norma Gordon. I will never consent to seeing her again. There are other PAs that are wonderful, just not this one.

I couldn't get an appt. with a doctor as soon as I needed -- receptionist talked me into seeing the PA - Norma Gordon. MISTAKE. She took only a minute to check my entire body, claiming she was very busy. When I asked what different things on my skin were her answer was "a barnacle" and brushed off questions. I had to force her to do a test on something on my body. She reluctantly did. When I asked if she would call me with results, her response was "ya." She never called me. This woman is rude and I believe she is incompetent and has ZERO patient bedside manner. I'll never go back there.

I have been going to this office for years, as well as the rest of my family. I've seen Dr. Fisher and Dr. Berman, and I adore them. They are very intelligent, and extremely friendly. Lately, whenever I call the office to make appointments or ask questions, the service has been more than disappointing. The ladies at the front desk are slow, awkward, abrupt, the holds are forever long (once they even hung up on me), they are incompetent, and highly lacking in knowledge in regards to when doctors are available. It makes me sad to see such ill-trained and unprofessional individuals working the front as they are the first impression of the office. They even turn off patients who have been there for years, like me.

I have visited this office many times over the yrs - first with teenagers - ten yrs ago - and most recently with my own skin issues. Scarlett Melton is wonderful - honest, compassionate and helpful and I have seen her many times. This past week she was not available and I had to see Norma Gordon - she walked into the room and belted out "you have cancer". I asked her if I had another melanoma (which I was treated 4 weeks ago for) and she said no but you still have cancer. I had to ask her to define exactly what we were dealing with...she was brisk and condesending. This is not what one needs when they are dealing with health issues.

I had seen Dr. Berman many years ago and was completely disappointed in that visit. I remember waiting for a long time and then he rushed me out the door. I was once again re-referred to this practice by another doctor. I reluctantly set up an appointment there. I got a P.A. this time because of the short notice. I am so happy that I got assigned to Felicia. She was amazing. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She is younger and eager to assist. She will be my dermatologist for life. I did have to wait for longer than I prefer, but she was worth the wait.

I have visited this office 3 times, once with my daughter and twice for me. The average wait time is over an hour...I walked out today after being there for an hour, having not seen the physician. They will make appointments at 1:30 and then tell salespeople that the doctors don't return from lunch until 2:00. My time is worth more than their service.

I visited the Hembree office, saw Felicia, morning appointment. I found her to be thorough, intelligent, super nice, asked me a lot of questions and answered mine. I left another doctor in Marietta, where I spent sometimes up to 1 hour waiting in the exam room for a 2 minute visit with the doctor. So happy to have found this group.

I made an appointment after seeing their listing on the Cigna website. I had a 2pm appt w/Norma Gordon, PC-C and by 2:20 I was at the checkout counter paying. She did not ask me one question or explain anything to me. My visit was for cysts/abscess (I was not sure what they are, I'm still not sure what they are). The first words out of her mouth immediately after her name was "you're going to need surgery". There was a complete lack of sympathy or compassion and I wasn't given an opportunity to ask questions or advise of additional skin issues I was having. It was a rushed appt, in and out. I will never go back and now have to make an appt for another dermatologist as I still have no idea what's going on.

I went here years ago and found the staff rushed and rude. They were recommended for my teen by his doctor. So I tried again with a different doctor. No difference. Very disrespectful of my time, cut me off in mid-sentence multiple times and did not listen to the complete list of symptoms from my kid. They threw handfuls of samples at me without basic prescribing info, just quickly fired try this once a day, or this twice a day and if they work start cutting back. Abysmal.

I called to make an appointment on a Wed. for a skin cancer screen and they fit me in on Thursday morning. The office was clean and efficient and actually on-time (even though the office was busy). I saw Dr. Weil and he was very friendly and thorough. I highly recommend this office
