worst home maintenance experience
this was a terrible experience - they came to look at a crack in the firewall - started to clean the chimney without asking and charged us $250 for it! they said they had to because otherwise they would have to report it as a hazard - i would never use them again

This was not my company..Number one I don't charge those kind of prices for my sweeps. Also this is not the way we do business.There are other companies out there such as "The Chimney Doctor","The Fireplace Doctor" and "Atlanta Chimney Sweep Pro's".. So you could have easily got me confused with one of these companies.It has happened before.I am sorry for what you went through.
