Atlanta Classic Garage Doors

Michael and Nathan were great. I emailed them on Friday, they came out on Monday to get me an estimate and they had completed the repair on Tuesday. They were fast, reliable, and did great work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They knew what they were talking about without trying to upsell everything. They were honest and up front and I would do business with them again.

First off let me say Nathan responded to my all of emails from 8pm to around 10pm on a Saturday night! He was able to answer all of my questions and give me a prices that night. The next day my wife found some coupons for the "other guys" so I gave other company a call to get some pricing infothe other guy said, and I quote "you would be getting the deal of a life time" with Atlanta Classic's prices. Even with the coupons they couldn't touch Atlanta Classic. The other company wanted to know who was offering the better deal and I told him Atlanta Classic, he said he was familiar with them and even gave them kudos for "knowing what they are doing". I saved around $230 going with Atlanta Classic. They replaced 2 torsion springs, installed a new opener and installed a 16ft (floor) weather shield strip to help prevent water from getting into the garage in just about 1 hour. They have my highest recommendation....

I had made an appt w/ another company to fix my garage door, but saw good reviews on here for this company and figured I'd call them to hear their estimate as well. Brian answered the phone and instead of just quoting me a price, he step by step guided me on how to fix the problem MYSELF over the phone, saving me probably $100 of what the other company was going to charge me at my appointment the next day! He was soo nice and I will most definitely always call him for our garage door needs in the future, since he was the biggest help today!

Last night, my garage door opener broke. The chain was hanging slack and the door was stuck. After reading what quick responses other Kudzu users received, I called this company last night after hours and, just as others had, received a call back from Michael within a minute. He correctly diagnosed the issue over the phone, quoted a price, and gave me an idea of the time he could come fix it today. He called ahead, arrived just when he predicted he would, verified that the issue was what he'd thought from my phone description, and was quick, efficient, and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone needing garage door service.

Yesterday the spring on our garage door broke. Sigh After a Kudzu search I saw Atlanta Classic Garage Doors. I sent an email asking for information around 8 at night and within 30 minutes received a v'mail & then an email. We spoke the next morning to Nathan who was knowledgeable and professional. He gave us an estimate over the phone. He & Micheal were able to come that same morning. They fixed the spring and serviced the garage. They were very friendly and easy to work with. So within 24 hours our broken door was fixed and the price was in the middle of the estimated price given. Fast, efficient, professional & highly recommended!...
