Shelia and Darren are so incredibly difficult to deal with. If they need action on my part, they force my hand with threats and fines. If I need action from them, forget it. I may as well talk to a door knob. They delay replying to requests in the hopes that eventually I will give up and incur the expenses myself, so that they can say "Um, that wasn't board-approved, so we can't reimburse you for it". Yeah, it wasn't board-approved because ACS sat on it. These guys are unethical, rude and WE pay their salary. Go figure.

Darren and Atlanta Community Services is hated by most of our community and Darren is proud of it. Do not hire this company. Darren stood up in our community meeting and said "most of you do not like me and I don't care" . You don't want a jerk like this at your meetings. This company is worthless. Slow to respond to requests. Darren has lied numerous times. Most of our community want to see him gone. There are a handful of people that have power to keep him there. Our community is corrupt and it is mostly due to Darren and Atlanta Community Services.
