Atlanta Crawlspaces Inc.

Nice enough. Not sure it has made a difference on my heating bill, but seems to havve helped with moisture and musty smell coming into the house. Price was in the middle of the 3 estimates I got, but the reviews here & elsewhere led me to choose them. Now calling themselves Crawlspaces.com. Confusing at get go, initial call Damien introduced himself as the owner, Jim came out to do estimate, Damien came out to do initial work, tells me Jim bought company - insulation rig breaks and takes a week (with me having to call them to reschedule) to come back out to finish. Jim does the final work. Asks me to come down in a couple weeks to check for condensation. Shows me that the lights they installed are powered by and extension cord I can plug in at will. When I get set to go down, the ext cord isn't plugged into anything in the crawlspace & I can't figure out where it goes. Also, haven't gotten the itemized receipt & needed tax form. I email, no response. I call & talk to Lynn, she tells me Jim got the email and will follow up. No response on either item. I send another email - nothing. This guy is MIA and Damien doesn't appear to be in the picture. I would wait to see if they can get it together before hiring them to any other work.

I know from first hand experience they are ripoffs. Why take the chance? Use any other company. Don't take my word for it. Atlanta Crawlspaces is a wreck. Who is actually running the company? Use them and you will be sorry. I am only talking about Atlanta Crawlspaces. Not any company they have doing their work. Check with the Georgia Sec. of State, Damien's company is "non-compliant". Who owns the compay? I am not sure at this point!!!

I had 2 estimates miles apart in price so I called Atl Crawlspaces and Jim came out and did a quote - most work and cheapest price. Jim also came out and did the job the next day. I am so happy with the quality of service and price. I would recommend them to everyone I know:)

Atlanta Crawlspaces Inc. exceded our expectations. Not only were they knowledgable of crawlspace water removal, but they provided honest feedback. Furthermore, we really appreciated the follow up and considerations provided even after the job was completed and payment made. Needless to say, we are very pleased.

We had too much moisture in our crawlspace and our hardwood floors were warping as a result. I called four companies for estimates and was shocked by the differing opinions. I had done hours of research on crawlspaces and Damien was the only one who seemed to know exactly what he was talking about (and his estimate was one of the most reasonable). He did the work neatly and on-schedule and even called a week later to follow up. Rory, the gentleman who did the work with Damien, was equally pleasant and capable. These guys know what they are talking about and crawlspaces are maybe the most important part of a house, so don't go with anybody else. My crawlspace is clean and dry now and I could tell the difference inside the house almost immediately.
