I purchased a Triathlon bike and after several attempts they could not fit me correctly. I had to take the bike to another shop that knew what they were doing and pay for it!

I purchased my first bike since childhood from them about 3 months ago. Their sales team was great, taking the time to figure out exactly what kind of bike was right for me. Since the purchase I have been back 3 times for maintenance and have yet to pay a dime. Twice was to have the drivetrain realigned and once to repair a broken wheel spoke. Definitely figured at least the broken spoke was going to come out of pocket. So far, Atlanta Cycling has been far above my expectations!

Went in to do a little bike shopping found a staff that was eager to ensure that I picked just the right bike for me. Other places I went just tried to push the "flavor of the month", if they bothered talking to me at all. These folks know how to sell product. Highly recommended.

I bought my first bike in years from Atlanta Cycling about a year ago. They were very helpfuls and explained everything very thouroughly. They actually took the time to find out how I'd be using the bike and suggested a bike that was actually LESS expensive than what I'd planned on buying. I've been extremely please with the purchase, and the servicing on the bike when needed. A huge plus is that they'll do regular tune ups for nothing, whereare some other shops will do a couple for free, then start charging. I can't recommend them enough.

I am a beginner and went to buy a bike. The staff was very helpful. Let me test ride two bikes. Went above and beyond to make my bike buying experience easy.
