Went for emergency work and almost walked out when I arrived and saw how small, cramped -dingy it was. Wish I had - but I needed work immediately. The rude staff takes a backseat to being bullied into an overpriced dental plan - some of it unnecessary. They are criminals.

I wish I would've read this before I went in as an emergency patient. Rude, small, filthy office with incompetent staff. They are very expensive and tried to manipulate me to get services that I don't think I need. I am NEVER returning here.

I had a crown come off over the weekend and found this office open on a Saturday. After being told to come in immediately, I was subjected to a long wait. After a set a panoramic x-rays ($$$) the dentist took a quick glance at my mouth and told me that I needed a new crown. He wouldn't even take the current crown off to look at it! (I had put it back in after it had fallen out.) The next day I saw a acquaintance who happens to be a dentist. He was shocked at how this dentist and office had behaved and said it sounded like these folks are out to get as much money as possible from their patients. This confirmed my earlier suspicions and will not be returning to them.

Be aware this place is all about money. Went there for routine annual check up and cleaning because it is close to where I work and live. The hygienist who clean my teeth don't have the professional respect, is rude and of all Dr Padolsky is very unprofessional. Don't have time to examine and talk to you but takes a panoromic picture and starts talking about cosmetic procedures. Bills for services they didn't perform. Won't advise any one to go to this dentist office!

Plan to spend hours waiting, even if you have an appointment. This office is horribly managed. The dentists seem competent enough but they show no respect for anyone's time other than their own. The office staff will bill for services that were not performed, so watch the bill closely!

I went to this clinic for an emergency. I spent $1,750 for a root canal on my wisdom tooth. The crown is supposed to be $1,250, but I'm going to find another dentist to finish the work. My doctor was pleasant, but she indicated that I needed other root canals, which I don't believe to be the case.

I won't go into the gory details. This is the worst professional practice of any kind I have ever used. My visits were painful, the equipment was broken, the dentists are inept and uncaring -- they couldn't do a simple job correctly, and my tooth is now ruined. AND they charged an arm and a leg. I can't help but notice that there is a large group of early five star ratings from one-time raters. This makes me believe that the guy who said that he heard someone in the office encouraging staff to post phony glowing reviews was correct. Pick a random dentist out of the telephone book before you venture into this place.

The office staff was very rude. I felt like I was being manipulated because they tried to force me to spend money I just don't have. The office is very small and uncomfortable and I left feeling that I did not get what I paid for.

I was delegated to another dentist to get a crown. They messed up my appointment time. Put me in a dirty shabby office with no privacy - I could hear the other patients clearly. I spent 2.5 hours on this visit for a onehour procedure. They kept messing up the impression. Equipment malfunctioned and I was left sitting covered with water while dentist saw another patient. When the crown came back it didn't fit. Third visit, crown still didn't fit, plus it was not the quality crown I have gotten before.

After reading multiple, horrible reviews regarding this group, who in the world would want to use this group? I do know for a fact money is their primary goal - this coming from a close friend that worked here. Lots of unnecessary root canals are done here and the dentists joke about how many they do or need to do to meet a financial goal. There is a huge turnover in staff. And having a wife in your practice working with staff NEVER works, it only causes trouble, as is the case in this group. Incidentally, the good reviews, for the most part, are put on by the current staff.

All I can say is that Dentist offices are already not the greatest places to be, EVER! So when you add in bad service, long waits, unconventional office settings, and costly bills with late insurance reimbursements, its NOT A PRETTY THING!

I agree with others that this office is unprofessional and unorganized. Dr. Smith, unlike Dr. Padolsky, is actually a nice caring person and will go over and beyond to satisfy patients. So FYI...just ask to see him for all appointments and yoU will definitely be satisfied. You may want to get your cleaning done else where to refrain from having temps complete your procedure because it is very unlikely that you will see the same hygienist twice. My last hygienist was on a working interview she said and I feel that I was a test dummy. You may want to catch MARTA because parking is very limited and please believe that they will definitely remind you several (at least 4) times about appointments or services that they want you to get.

I had the worst experience here. The assistant insisted on talking to me while waiting which was very long but considering I was in pain it was very annoying. However, the poor assistant did tell me about how uncaring and money hungry the dentist is. the assistant was even the one to inform me of this website. The office is FILTHY, NASTY, and small. The dentist was rude and constantly walked in and out of the room. If you don't believe me....just asked the staff!!!

I must set the record straight. I have been a patient in this office and I over heard the staff talking about Kudzu reviews. One of the assistants was saying that Dr. Padolski asked his manager to write positive remarks on this site to counteract all the negative ones. Take my advice the office is unprofessional and their main concern is money not us.Don't be fooled by fake reviews. Stay clear !!!!
