If I get one more telephone call from this place I am going to file a claim. I have not been a patient of this practice for over a year but yet I still receive harassing messages and postcards attempting to force me in. The wait was always long and the equipment is far from state of the art. I don't understand why a dentist office would harass its patients especially at work!! The office is very small and the staff changes very very frequently which explains why the place is so unorganized. I've never had problems with my dental insurance until I came here and the office has yet to get it right. The financial manager, in which I have been giving several different names as to who this person is, never returns calls. If the office staff reads this, do me a favor and forget I ever stepped foot in this so called dental office.

This is the most unprofessional ridiculous excuse for a dentist practice I have ever witnessed. They are unfocused and make excuses for everything that goes wrong--which in my case has been a lot after breaking my tooth 2.5 weeks ago. Since my first visit, for which they kept me waiting for over 3 hours, I have returned to this office 8 times because they could not manage to keep a temporary crown in, nor could they have a suitable permanent crown fashioned. When I was asked to fill out a feedback survey at the office, one of the dental assistants was reading over my shoulder, making honesty quite difficult. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. Dr. Padolsky couldn't even look me in the eye the last time I was there, they had screwed up so much. Seriously, are you kidding me?

I wish I was as lucky as the handful of people who had a good experience at this place but my experience was the total opposite. The parking was horrible and the office was extremely too small. I was very shocked when I saw a huge bug walk across the room floor and totally disgusted with the equipment that was dirty and old. I had to pay extra money and I normally don't pay for my cleanings but this place is very expensive. I was also forced to take unneccessary xrays. I have never took a full head xray for a regular cleaning along with 4 smaller ones. The cleaning was very rough as well. I took this as a learning experience and will be sure to check kudzu before selecting another dentist!
Its very hard to aquire quality treatment on a budget. The Atlanta Dental Group has made achieving my dental health goals possible. Working with people on the out of pocket costs for treatment is a rarity and for a full time student like myself it makes all the difference.
The entire staff of Atlanta Dental Group treat their patients like family. They are impressively quick to rspond to any concerns and to make each visit as pleasant as possible. Creating a perfect smile is as important to them as to the patient.
My experience with Atlanta Dental Group has been excellent from the beginning. Everyone there is incredibly helpful and friendly. Every visit has been pleasant. I highly recommend Altanta Dental Group to everyone

I had been to several specialists in the last year, resolving the dental issues caused by neglect and acid reflux. I bounced from doctor to specialist who did only one thing but tried to advise me about my complicated issues: extracted teeth that needed implants, crowded teeth and a misaligned bite, Dr. P laid out a logical plan covering everyting, listening very carefully to my concerns, and explaining it all in a way that "felt right" to me right away.

I recently moved from Atlanta to the Florida area but for some reason I continue to be bothered by this low class dental shack. I receive calls as well as forwarded postcards informing me that Im overdue for services and that I need to take care of myself. I made it very clear that I would never return here after my horrible experience. The office is very aged and is a house NOT a dental office. Dr. Padowsky constantly ran in and out of the room during my procedure and even held conversation with the workers and even verbally disciplined them during my procedure. I had to return to the office several times for one procedure, which was a huge inconvenience. It would not surprise me if I hear that these people are running an illegal business. I would not recommend this shack to anyone. Find a comfortable, caring office.
