Atlanta Design and Build is an extremely professional group, they go over and above, they kept us informed every step of the way, and they ask us before anything is done to make sure it is how we want it.

This was a large complicated project and you can expect issues or problems to come up. We were very pleased that Atlanta Design was proactive in resolving them and very responsive. Communication was pleasant and responsive. We appreciate the quality work and professionalism of Atlanta Design.

We quickly established a personal as well as a professional relationship with Atlanta Design and Build. It was clear that Dale and Steven were interested in giving us what we wanted, not what they wanted for us. They listened, they answered our every question, they gave us their professional opinions, they went the extra mile for us, they gave us great value and top quality. They turned our thirty year old, dog-eared house into a show piece.

This is the third time they have worked for us. We have been satisfied with them. They have been responsive. They resolve the few problems we have had. They are remarkable. They pay attention to you, they listen, and they are always willing to fix any problems.

I had an idea about renovating my kitchen that was centered around a certain set of appliances (Sub-Zero / Wolf). In my search for a general contractor, Atlanta Design Build was one of a few recommendationsFrom the start, my interaction with ADB was positive. I believe that Dale Contant grasped my vision and was very effective in creating appropriate solutions. One of the most relevant things was his estimation of the time required to complete the job. The assistance that Jamie Franks provided and his extra effort to solve the inevitable minor problems which come up in construction turned the overall job from "good" to "excellent"I am looking towards another phase of renovation in my residence and ADB will be doing the work. I would recommend them without any reservation.

Atlanta Design and Build's vast expertise and commitment to quality gave me confidence that my home remodeling job would turn out like I envisioned. The staff's support during the normal trials that come with any home remodeling job was invaluable at resolving issues as well as avoiding issues that might have arisen otherwise. I am more that pleased with my new room - and receive compliments on it from even my most discerning friends.

The sunroom Atlanta Design and Build constructed for us is totally delightful. With hardwood floors and a mini-split to heat and cool it, we live in it now. With walls being mostly glass, going all the way to the peak of our roof on one wall, we feel like we're living outside, but in comfortable recliners, at a perfect temperature regardless of the weather and watching a large screen TV. We LOVE it!

Delighted and amazed don t even come close to describing our experience with Atlanta Design & Build. Our MBath project was in dire need of help! Dale Contant saw more possibilities than we ever imagined. Not only did the horrible issues of an incredibly gross, cramped and impossible to clean shower disappear; the ADB team discovered hidden mold issues in the poor original construction and ELIMINATED them for us. WOW! Our new bath provides an amazing jacuzzi tub with an expansive walk in shower! The entire space is a refreshing and open spa retreat. We could NEVER have envisioned or made it happen without Dale s vision and the talented carpentry of the ADB team. Trustworthy, Talented and Amazing. Couldn t be happier. Will never need anyone else

We recently received a legal settlement to close out our civil case against Atlanta Design & Build (Cobb County Superior Court Civil Action File 13-1-2866-42). We hired them to build a handicapped-accessible in-law suite and they did a terrible job -- in fact, we later had to tear out large portions and repair them. Things we discovered during our case: ADB president Dale Contant's arrest record & felony conviction (Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement State ID # 1178511), ADB's "creative" accounting on our job, numerous construction defects on our property, various permitting issues, subs left unpaid during the project, etc. Wishing we'd never hired them.

We have used ADB for two major overhaul kitchen renovations. Both times they have done a fantastic job. Mike Pike was great at meeting expections and our needs. Dale was instrumental in coming up with ideas for improvemnt and staying within budget. We will work with them again. Both kitchens ended up being published in magazines.

From top to bottom, we could not have had a more miserable experience than we did with Atlanta Design & Build, Inc. We hired them to make major renovations and additions to our house, including a handicapped-accessible bed/bath suite. We're disgusted at the work they did here and never want them to set foot on our property again. We did our research, interviewed several companies, and ultimately trusted the sales pitch of Atlanta Design & Build, Inc. — which turned out to be, in our opinion, just slick marketing and glossy advertising. We're shocked & saddened to see that they continue to market themselves as superior design professionals and quality builders, and now have even disturbingly added some emphasis on Universal Design. We think that's absolutely frightening.

We take great pride in our work: 17 years in business, hundreds of happy clients, annual recognition as Top 20 Remodelers from Atlanta Business Chronicle, Top 500 in USA,
past President of National Assoc. of Remodeling Industry Atlanta chapter, on the board for Rebuilding Together Atlanta, 7 Certifications for construction expertise on staff, Guild recognition for Atlanta Service Excellence. In this situation, the customer requested a halt to work until their billing questions were resolved. Extensive attempts were made to reach this resolution so we could continue work. Despite all efforts made, no resolution was reached and we were not allowed to complete the project. We have done everything reasonably possible to satisfy the client and we remain eager to help them if they will communicate directly with us.
