My fur baby and I love the spa!, she loves to go on a daily basis because her friends are here. The staff is 100% evolved with the safety and love our my baby. I am able to watch annie anytime I... want to on the dog cams that us connected to my phone. Every morning annie goes to her bag and leash and let's me know she wants to go play. The staff is AMAZING!. You try it once you will be going on a regular basis. 5 STAR!!!!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
When you walk into the lobby, yes this place is clean, organized and the staff is very friendly and personable. Downstairs where they keep the dogs for daycare is like walking into a dungeon, dark... damp and smells strange. I'd say if you have a large dog this place would be "OK" but their small dog section is pitiful and teeny tiny. Many of the dogs that go there are more aggressive than would be excepted at other reliable dog daycares. I would not leave my medium size dogs here.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I went out of town for about two weeks and left my dog at Atlanta Dog Spa. I provided the staff with every possible phone number to contact me, and I also provided my dog's vet's contact information. At some point, my dog broke her leg, but the staff did not realize this. They eventually took her to the Humane Society Vet who gave my dog antibiotics. I never received a phone call informing me that anything had happened. When I came to pick her up, they told me she hurt her leg and was given antibiotics. Immediately, I noticed she was not walking properly and rushed her to my vet. My dog had a spiral fracture and was in a cast for 6 weeks. Her leg will never be perfect again because the staff did not provide her with proper care. I called Atlanta Dog Spa to inform them of the seriousness of my dog's injury, but they just said sorry and shrugged off the whole thing. I have not boarded my dog since. I will only allow her to stay with friends and family who actually care. If you love and adore your dog, do not send him or her here!

We traced your email back to your name Alyson from Miami, FL. Your dog has never been to our facility. We have not taken a dog to the Atlanta Humane Society Vet clinic for an injured leg as you claim. They don't even take walk-ins. Furthermore, you state that the vet only gave your dog antibiotics. Everyone knows that any responsible vet would have done an X-Ray if your dog's leg was injured. We looked your name up in our client base. NO such name exisits. And if there was a dog that injured their leg at our facility, we would certainly know about it.
The staff at the Atlanta Dog Spa is amazing. They actually care about every dog like its their own dog. Its very clean and fresh. They use all natural shampoos and cleaners. If you ever want the best possible care for your dog, please bring your dog to this place. You will be so happy. The value exceeds any place in Atlanta and most everywhere else. The Atlanta Dog Spa was just voted Best of Atlanta 2009 by the US Dept of Commerce. That says it all.

I used to take my pup to ADS, but stopped after several horrible interactions. ADS frequently overcharged me by adding extra days to my boarding. When I would question the overcharge, I would always get "I don't know how that happened". They once lost a toy I left for my pup to feel safe. The owner accused me of lieing about leaving the toy and said I was just trying to get a free toy out of them. It was a two cent squeeze toy for crying out loud. Needless to say, they called the next day when they found it. The interior is disgusting beyond the lobby. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This is the first we have heard of any toy not being returned in a timely manner. We write down all items on each dog's kennel card as we have done for 7 years. We also have webcameras so that anyone can see our interior including all kennel areas and common areas. Our interior has been on several television shows and has always had nice reviews by those visiting. We certainly apologize if you had an unfavorable experience. We feel that our entire staff are committed every day to taking the best care of our canine guests.
I started taking my pup here over a year ago and he loves it as much as I do! I was so relieved to find a place where he could run around all day instead of being locked in a crate. Unfortunately, I'm moving to a new city and I don't know what I'll do without the great gang at ADS! They will love your dog as much as you do.

We took our 48lb, year old, Chox mix there about 4 times for day care. He seemed to like it, do well and we had no issues. The 5th time we dropped him off when we went back to pick him up the owner told us he was no longer welcome to visit. She explained that it wasn't his temperment but how he looked. She said he looked somewhat like a pitbull...he's a Chow mix for god's sake. I understand the insurance part of this but this was ridiculous. No other places had given us problems. At least we were refunded a couple sessions. I suggest you speak to the owner before dropping your dog off, she may not like the look of him/her.

I love when my dog gets excited as we round the corner to the Atlanta Dog Spa. It makes me feel so happy knowing that he will be loved by so many humans and other canines while I am away from him. He always comes home tired and the staff takes wonderful photos of him playing. I recommend the Atlanta Dog Spa to anyone who wants the best of the best.

I went to preview the Atlanta Dog Spa and it is not very clean in my opinion. The guy that was giving me the tour was cursing as he was explaining the facilities to me. I would not want to leave my dog here. The first impression is the last.

We started taking our dog to Atlanta Dog Spa as a 4 month old puppy 2 1/2 years ago. He still flips out when we tell him he's going to "school". By the time we round the corner at ADS, he is so excited he tries to open the door handle himself. He loves all the people, and after a day at the Spa, he is completely tired out - something we love! You can't go wrong here!

Hands down the best place for daycare, boarding and birthday parties in Atlanta. ADS boasts the best staff in town - they love each and every dog and care for them like they're their own. The owner, Sarah, is a fanatic about customer service and satisfaction and raises the bar for all doggy daycare centers. ADS is the only daycare with over 7000 square feet of grass which our dogs LOVE. They have 10 different webcams so you can always find your pooch onscreen. We wouldn't trust any other daycare with our boxer boys, Jake & Maxx. As soon as they notice we are driving the route towards ADS they start getting excited with anticipation of playing with all their friends.

I have been bringing my australian shepherd to Atlanta Dog Spa for 1 1/2 years now and she loves it there. She loves the handlers that play with her every day and has made regular doggie friends that come as often as she does. After a day here she is well exercised and well socialized and she falls asleep on the way home. I love that they have grassy yards for the dogs to play on and that they always have someone outside with them. This is my dog's second home.

I have been bringing my dogs to the Dog Spa for two and a half years and their tails are wagging as soon as we turn the corner! I love to watch them having fun all day, and when I went out of town for 2 weeks, they took great care of my girls. They were willing to cater to their picky taste and to their mom's overconcern! Great place for my "kids" that I'd recommed to anyone!

This is the only doggie daycare/boarding facility inside the perimeter that offers grass. My dog loves coming to the Atlanta Dog Spa. The staffis friendly and very knowledgable. They love my dog while I am at work or travelling. I love the doggie cams! This is the best place to take your dog. Highly recommended!

The Atlant Dog Spa lost our dog on Christmas Day. We spent several days and hundreds of dollars searching for her, but we found our dog in the streets of Atlanta. I do not recommend their services.
