Charlotte feel at home and welcomed.
First let me say 10 years ago when I picked the flyer in the lobby of the condo that I owned at the time, I didn't know what to expect. But Sarah and the staff put me at ease, made me my doggy Charlotte feel at home and welcomed. Charlotte ...

Sarah,
Boomer's Birthday will go down in history as one of the most brillant fundraisers of all time. Your creativity coupled with your enthusiasm to give your clients the best appreciation party will not be forgotten. Thank you for helping me solicit funds for Homeless Pets. You are a talented lady! I am happy our paths have crossed. Thanks for being such a great friend. Happy Birthday Boomer! P.S. Duchess is Exhausted!

Injured my dog during grooming - will NEVER return
I brought my black labrador, AMBER, to Atlanta Dog Spa for grooming at the suggestion of a friend - and after dropping her off for the appointment, headed back to the spa to pick her up. She was bleeding profusely from one of her toe nails as it'd been clipped way too short. The best the manager could offer me was a bandage, which promptly came off after I loaded her in the car to take her to our vet. I was told by the vet that they'd never seen a nail clipped that short before, and that someone VERY inexperienced must have preformed the nail clipping. Irate, I called Sarah, the owner of the Dog Spa, demanding compensation for the $80 vet bill - and the best she could offer me was a discount on future doggie day care. I will NEVER trust this sham of an operation with my dog ever again. To add insult to injury, this business has illegally added me, without my consent, to a SPAM text message list which I'm unable to subscribe from. (Spam texts received 2/14/12, 3/1/12, 3/1/12)

My boxer, Simms and I love the Atlanta Dog Spa!!!
Simms can't wait to get there each day to see his canine friends and the staff who take wonderful care of each and every dog. I can spend a long day at work knowing that my boy is well cared for, getting his exercise and having fun!!!

Boarders BEWARE
I came home from a trip a day early to find my dog wet and filty, her bed and toy covered with urine and feces and her front paws injured and cut after spending 2 nights at the dog spa. When I brought her home she was extremely hungry, thirsty and lethargic. She spent the rest of the day licking her wounded paws. The employees refused to show me the crate where she had been kept, they offered no explanation for why she was soaking wet, and did not see a problem with her spending the night covered in her own waste. This was the second time her bed had been soiled during a stay with atlanta dog spa even though she is completely housebroken. She has boarded at Barking Hound twice without any accidents or soiling her bed in recent months. I feel terrible for giving atlanta dog spa another opportunity, and I will never do it again. The owner did not see any problem with the condition of the dog and told me that if I wasn't happy, I should take her back to Barking Hound. I will. I feel extremely lucky that my dog is only acting slightly traumatized from the experience and is suffering only from two hurt, bloody paws instead of something much more serious.
