Atlanta DogWatch Hidden Fence

Without a doubt this is the best purchase we have made for our home. From our first meeting with Stephanie to the installation to the assistance and follow up afterwards, we cannot say enough great things about Atlanta DogWatch. Our reasons for choosing an underground fence system were not only for our dogs' safety and our peace of mind, but it's also an aesthetically pleasing alternative to chain link or privacy fencing. We have a very wooded lot and love the woodsy feel it provides. We didn't want a fence to detract from that. The DogWatch system offers features and benefits that others cannot match. We have been using the system for several months now. We, and our dogs, could not be happier.

My name is Marshall Samuelson and I live in Villa Rica, Ga. My dog Maximus is 9 years old. He is a great dog, but lets face it, boys will be boys. We moved to this new house a couple years ago and he has had a hard time adjusting. He would constantly chew the fence boards and "escape". I have tried many things to stop it and eventually settled on keeping him locked up in the basement and not utilizing his doggie door. Feeling hopeless, I threw up a hail mary and called Stefanee with Dogwatch. She was amazing, she came out to our house and left no questions unanswered. The techician came out a few days later to install the fence and he was amazing. They said they would help with any troubles we may have training my dog, and make additional trips to my house if necessary. They didn't have to, this fence is so easy. Stefanee has called me several times in the last 3 months to make sure that I am not having any problems. I can't tell you how happy we are with this fence and I know Maximus loves it. I can let him use his doggie door now and he has the run of the yard! Thank you DogWatch!!!

We had our fence installed 3 months ago and have nothing but great things to say about Dog Watch. Everyone we have dealt with has been wonderful. In today's market above and beyond is rare and we have to say we have experienced nothing but above and beyond with Dog Watch. The sales person was very knowledgeable, the installer was extremly professional, and the trainer was excellent and patient. She has called us several times to check on our dog and even came back to help us with the training. Our dog got a bit scared and we were told that would happen but when we needed help she didn't hesitate to come and help. I texted her over a weekend with a question and she got right back to meWOW!!! Now that it has been a while our dog is doing great and not scared at all. We have referred 2 of our neighbors and know they will be as happy as we are. Very happy customer!!!

I have to say that the person who did the review below has to be talking about a different company because I agree completely with the other 40+ excellent reviews..Dogwatch has their act together!!! I was impressed from the beginning with them and it has been several months since my fence was installed and I am still amazed at the attention to detail and excellent customer service and follow up I have received. Stephanie was our trainer and she was patient with us as we had a ton of questions. She came back and helped us on two separate occasions with the trainingno charge. The other company we looked at was going to charge us if we needed "extra help" with training. I just got a message on my voice mail from her following up to see if things were still going well. That is what prompted me to write this review. The follow up after the sale is OUTSTANDING to say the very least. The fence has worked so well for our Labs and we couldn't be happier!!! Good job Dogwatch! I highly recommend!
