Poor oversight from manager-poor workmanship.
I have my bike for warranty work multiple times. The tech works on it is very sloppy. Do not check his work and clean up the mess he left behind. Since I have to deal with them in the future for other warranty work. I would not recommend them for Ducati repairs. Someone should take pride in their work!!! This place sure don't!

You guys rock! My husband came in at 11:00 on a Saturday to pick up his Thruxton and you installed his pipes & tuned it for him that day! Keep up the good work!
