Dr Tritt recently performed surgery to repair a deviated septum. Only three weeks post-op and I can't believe the difference it's made in my ability to breathe! I went to work out the other night for the first time since the surgery and felt like I had an extra set of lungs. The surgery was easy. Don't pay attention to all the horror stories you hear on the internet about this procedure. Dr Tritt's skills are amazing. I took one Tylenol the evening of the surgery and didn't need *anything* else. Dr Tritt does indeed have a great bedside manner, very likable, approachable, easy to talk to, not aloof like many doctors you come across. He takes his time, and makes sure you understand what's going on. And the staff - also very good, very friendly. Lucy and Rini (spelling?) are the PAs and are top-notch.

These folks have it all. From the first phone call to the last step out the office door every person I encountered was kind, polite, helpful and professional. I can't think of a single thing that wasn't first rate. In 63 years I've never had a better experience in a medical office. They do it right, folks.

I went there during my luch break and had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes only to learn that the doctor started performing a procedure and he will not be able to see me ( I had an appointment scheduled a week before) no one told me anything earlier.. I wasted my time! Ridiculous. Go only if you have free time. Service is so unfriendly too... they think that they are better that the patient.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Tritt. Had two Sinus surgeries. He is very knowledgeable, has very good bed side manner, and he is very compassionate. He really cares about his patients. Yes, wait times can be long, but that is what you are to expect when seeing a MD who does not rush you out the door and gives you a very thorough examination!!!

Such a bad experience. On my first (and only) visit they kept me waiting for ONE hour after my appointment time. When are doctor's offices going to learn that is just NOT ok? Isn't that sort of the reason for appointment times? I am pretty sure they would have charged me if I had not made my appointment. What is MY recourse for them not making it?? Anyway, they prescribed me a prescription and my pharmacy called them to see if it could be switched for a generic. They did not call them back for 2 days and I had to go the weekend without my prescription. Awesome. Every time I have called their office they have been rude. Hate to be negative nelly but this was my honest feedback on my experience. If you see them I hope yours is better. Good luck!

I've been seeing Dr. Tritt for just over a year, after seeing 4 other ENTs and dealing with a complicated sinus condition for 8 years. If it wasn't for Dr. Tritt's amazing attention and persistence, I would have never been able to make the progress that I have. Every other ENT that i've seen was just happy to get me out the door, Dr. Tritt was the first one to actually "own" my case and I feel the he takes a personal responsibility in my progess. His extensive experience and knowledge of treatments for complicated cases such as mine has allowed me to come a long way. (the wait time in the office can be long at times, but he always makes sure to give me the time that I need, and all my questions are thoroughly answered and my case is well documented)

Was told I needed $20,000 sinus surgery so went for 2 second opinions that both said it was ridiculous. I was given unnecessary testing just to pad Tritt's wallet. The office is nasty and just feels dirty.

Doctors are OK, Accounting SUCKS. Seems that they believe they can intimidate a patient into paying multiple times for a single service by harrassing the patient and denying they have been paid. Accounting department could be better staffed with a bunch of 2 year old monkeys. Very obvious this group is money hungry, requires mulitple, redundant tests, even repeat tests for conditions already disproved. Be your own healthcare advocate.

I have been seeing Dr. Tritt for several years. He is always professional and knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. His nurse Mark is also awesome! They take good care of their patients.

I use the Marietta office for this group for two good reasons. The first is that it is smaller and closer. The second is ease of appointments. Atlanta is a whole different story. It is like calling and talking to a brick wall. They have hard, strict office policies. They also won't budge on an appointment when you are in trouble. The doctors themselves are great and the two I use (allergist Dr. Tim Sullivan and ENT Dr. Roberto Larrivey) also go to Marietta where it is easy to get an appointment. I have no problem with the group just the inability to make appointments in this office.
