BEST in class!! Very Professional.

I arranged to have Atlanta Elite Limo take my parents to the airport. To this day, they still rave about the service. Fred did a fantastic job.

Absolute Worst

Limo driver/ owner Fred never showed ,worst experience ever.He made up every excuse.
Absolute worst.

Worst Service

Failed to show as agreed up and stated the driver "overslept". This was after calling and emailing to confirm time. Will never use this company again. We had to call the credit card company to obtain the refund since we pre-paid for the limo. Also very difficult to get to a manager for issues in a timely manner for the phone kept going to voice mail

Yes, the lady is correct, the driver overslept and we failed to arrive. This was the first time we have missed a pickup. But she is wrong about the charge card & manager. Credit card refunded was issued that very morning & she spoke with the manager that very morning. The manager offered his apologizes & free round trip airport transportation. Understand she was mad, but to rate our service as the worst, is not a fair rating. Just read all the other great reviews.

Nice Limos

I have always been happy with the service I get from Atlanta Elite Limo. I use them to go back and forth between home and the airport.
