Totally pleased with the customer service and on site service with Atlanta Environmental Pest Services. Anthony is my service tech and he is super knowledgeable and always helpful when I have questions. I had an outbreak of termites some years back and I was very pleased with the service. Also, I have to mention the office staff is always kind and very helpful. The great thing is, they return calls. :) That means a lot to me and is a big part of excellence in customer service. I will highly recommend AEPS to anyone looking for Termite Service. Esther Wade

Found a snake in my garage...um, no. I called AEPS and they were out really quick to humanely move the snake back into the woods, and were even able to take care of my quarterly service at the same time! Thank you for the awesome service!

Very professional and courteous staff..Cynthia, Stephanie ,and Sarah at the office were very nice,polite and accommodating...Randy was the technician and did and excellent job and was very thorough super friendly and sweet man... pricing was far lower than competitors... Very pleased with the service and the staff...Thank you all!!!!

After getting a quote from another company in the area and being told everything that is wrong with my house, I called Atlanta Environmental. The quote was half the price; was told the problems listed from the other company were non existent and they took pictures to show where I did have issues. At no time did I feel that, as a single senior lady, I was being taken advantage of. Wonderful company.

I've been with Atlanta Environmental for 5 years now. This is my 2nd house with them. I have always been satisfied with this company. I always get a courtesy phone call the day before Randy comes to my home. If I have a problem with a particular pest, they will make an additional trip to my home to make sure they're taken care of immediately. Let's face it, a bug or 2 is going to make it in alive. But when I've had trouble with wasps or ants, they will come inside and make sure the problem is taken care of. Couldn't be happier with their service. 5 stars across the board.

Less than a year after treatment termites returned. They did not want to honor the warranty when contacted to retreat they sent someone to "inspect" not treat. I thought they had treated it again until months later. Since they had been contacted while under warranty, they should have retreated it when informed that the termites had returned. Eventually, they did retreat, but then claimed the contract had been renewed. I told them that my sister was their customer not me and I had only paid for the initial treatment and contract for her. She did not sign for a new contract either. They turned me into a collection agency despite my explaining to them that I was not responsible.

We hate to hear that this customer was dissatisfied. We go to every length to satisfy and honor our contracts with each and every customer. In this case, an appointment was requested for inspection of possible active termites, since the contract was up for renewal the following week it was assumed that the customer wanted to renew the contract so the work order was sent out as such. Since sometimes ants are mistaken for termites our initial inspector was sent out to determine if the activity was ants or termites. Once found that it was termites, every attempt to schedule the retreatment with said sister living in the house was made. No return call was ever received by the sister. We tried again to contact the tenants brother (said customer) to notify him that we still have not heard from his sister to have the treatment done. Mr. Crooks then told us that he no intentions in renewing the warranty and pay for services that had already been rendered. This is the reason Mr. Crooks was sent to collections. Our contract shows him as the property owner and the renewal notice was sent to him with no indication otherwise.
Anthony and the staff at AEPC always provide quality service. They are very accommodating and most often arrive early. I've been a customer for 7 - 8 years and have always been happy with their service! Highly Recommended!

Been w/ AEPC for the past 7 years since moving to Ga & by far the entire team always steps up to the plate, Bill is wonderful . I am a realtor in the state of Ga & Amanda & her team has always been so helpful w/ my clients to make their new home bug free, termite free & give them piece of mind know such a great company gave TLC in their services. I have been working with AEPS for 3 years now (specifically with Anthony) and have had nothing but positive experiences. AEPS currently services 3 of my houses in Atlanta, which includes termite bonds, monthly pest service, and random services as needed. Sarah has always been able to get Anthony scheduled quickly, the prices are on par with the market, and Anthony shows up when the office says he will. Anthony also looks out for your property - as he thwarted a burglarly at one of my properties and called me immediately. He stayed until the police arrived even though it made him late for his next appointment. AEPS has definitely earned my business.
