I have an upcoming appointment and I am seriously concerned about the quality of service I would receive from a "salon" that cannot even return customer phone calls for 3 weeks after the initial appointment.

I've been to Atlanta Eye Candy three times for laser hair removal treatments. The first visit was great. The 2nd visit I had an issue with the reception staff, but it was taken care of. The third visit was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The prices changed between my visits. The receptionists were unresponsive to questions. They would not let me speak to a manager. I called two days later and left a message for management to call me. I never received a phone call. I called again and left another message 5 days after the other call and still there was no response. Today (6 weeks later), I called again and I have never been treated this way by a business that is providing a service. It is obvious to me that Atlanta Eye Candy has no plan to have repeat business from customers. Take your laser hair removal business to a place that cares about the consumer.
