I had an eight year old elliptical machine in my home that needed repair. I did not know who to call so I relied on the online reviews for Atlanta Fitness Equipment Repair. I am glad I did. I received excellent service from the office staff and the repair technician, Bill (who is the owner). Bill scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, gave me a very acceptable estimate, ordered the part, etc. When he received the part once again he scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, and completely repaired the machine. Also, he deducted the cost of the original visit from my total bill which definitely got my positive attention. So many repair services now charge for the original visit and then add the additional costs. I will definitely contact this company again if I need any type of fitness equipment repair.

Showed up on time and gave me a perfect estimate. No surprises and hidden charges.Were very professional and clean. Even offered to lubricate my home gym at no charge.

Both times, the technician arrived right on time...in fact coming at the beginning of their allotted window time. The quote given was reasonable and the repairs were completed quickly. Will likely use again if future repairs or service are needed.

Sorry to say I do not have a good review for this company. Call taker was curt until I gave her my credit card information and them she became friendly. The repair guy had less than 6 months on the job, never took the hub off to see why the elliptical was making a clicking sound and had to be nudged to do the services.My wife loves her elliptical so I wanted it repaired and ask for a parts and services quotes, but never got one. I would not recommend this company.

If credit card information is taken, it is given to our technicians on-site following our visit, once the customer is satisfied with the service. Ken and Bill are our residential technicians. Both have over 8 years of experience. There are companies with similar names and this experience does not sound like our order of operations. Bill and Ken called before arriving. Upon arrival, I informed them that the treadmill had a burning smell and the motor stopped working. Bill ran diagnostics on my 13 year old treadmill. He concluded that it only needed to be lubricated and adjusted. They could have been dishonest and said one of the boards or motor were bad, I wouldn't have been the wiser. Thank you for being honest and doing a great job!! I will use again and will surely recommend. Thanks

We are happy to address any issues that you have had. Please call in and we will refund any money if you are not satisfied with our services. Our technicians will never lie and we address any issue you have had since our visit. We warranty all our work for 60 days so if there is an issue, we are happy to take care of any of your needs. We are an extremely reputable company, and this can be confirmed with our previous reviews. Please call us an we will do whatever we need to to rectify this problem. Also, we are subcontracted through Horizon, we are not Horizon. If you had to call them several times to acknowledge the problem, that has nothing to do with us because they are an entirely different company with an entirely different phone system. I do not have a keypad overlay replacement in our system for horizon. I am just wondering if perhaps this was a different company you used. Horizon subcontracts with other companies around the area with similar names, I think you may be confusing us perhaps with another company.There is also Atlanta Fitness and Treadmill Repair, Georgia Exercise Services, and others. I say this because I do not have Horizon Keypad overlay replacement for the month of May and we don't cancel appointments so this just doesn't sound like our company. There are many times when a customer uses a machine and we must go back and readjust. This is the nature of treadmill repair, different weights cause the belt to readjust itself. This is the reason we abide by our warranty. We will adjust your machine every day if needed so that it is to your standards and you are satisfied.
My 4-yr-old treadmill had stopped working reliably for our heaviest user, so I contacted Atlanta Fitness Equipment Repair. The tech showed up on time, was courteous, professional, and full of good advice. Once we decided to repair our unit, they ordered parts and returned about a week after their initial visit to make the repair. Everything is running beautifully, plus I got good advice about ongoing maintenance and what I should look for when I need to buy a replacement unit down the road.
