Atlanta Fitness Equipment Repair

I initially had an appointment with them on a Fri morning. The tech had vehicle issues and could not make it. When I called to reschedule, they promised me 15% off for the missed appointment. 2 weeks later the tech came on time and was able to fix my machine on site. I did not remember to ask for the 15% discount, but the price was so cheap that it wasn't a big deal. I would use this company again!

We found Atlanta Fitness Equipment Repair online and am very pleased to say that my entire experience from calling to scheduling to the repair technician visit was 1st class. Our equipment is now working wonderfully and we would use them again.

These folks took over $400 worth of parts and have steadfastly refused to return the parts or pay for them. They told me they sent a check, it didn't come, I called them, told them it didn't come. Nothing. Use them with caution. Their web site indicates they are incorporated - they are not!

These guys came in and fixed it in about 30 seconds. Wow. Two of them came on a Holiday weekend, traveled all the way across town and got the job done. Book ahead, don't wait until your client gets frustrated!

Would definitely use again. Installed a new belt on my old, but, good quality treadmill. Very professional. The work was done last week (late May 2012) and so far, all is well. My treadmill is working perfectly.
