Bought a house, had several issues with water running in pool and fence falling down. I interviewed several contractors, but Bob was the only one that could do everything and I felt I could trust. Since I HADN’T COMPLETELY MOVED YET IT WAS IMPORTANT that I trust the company, and that there vision coincided with mine. They brought in 23 loads of dirt, completely renovated the area around the pool, installed new fencing, and corrected the drainage/ run-off of the gutters and driveway. They also did a new drive entrance and gate entrance that far exceeded my expectations. We were able to follow the work through the security cameras, when I left it was a complete disaster, by the time I returned all work was complete, and even better that I had hope for. Very Professional, if you need someone look no further.

I interviewed at least 6 companies and narrowed it down to two. Bob’s company was the most responsive. I am incredibly happy with their work and how they work by patiently addressing my concerns. They constructed our new drive, parking area and garage; Bob and Red came out and marked off the area so we could visualize it, and help us tweak it to maximize the use. The job was performed as promised. I will be using AF&F again.

We would like to extend kudos Atlanta Flatworks and Foundations for their superior job of replacing our garage and driveway. After a negative experience dealing with another Atlanta concrete contractor, it is a delight to work with this company. From the beginning, Bob gave us a feeling of complete confidence. And we were not disappointed. I would like to recommend Atlanta Flatworks for the wonderful job they did installing my driveway and parking area. The job was completed in March 2011 but I waited to give a review in order to see how it stood up to weather and traffic. It is still beautiful! From the beginning to end of the project, everything went as promised was delivered.

Bob repaired my cobblestone driveway and retaining wall, installed a new walkway to my front door and path with steps. Installed a new turn around and Pavestone patio in my backyard. They did a fantastic job, their workers were courteous and responsible and highly skilled. Pricing was competitive and the suggestions and feedback during the design phase of the walkway were very helpful. They were the only company we talked to who understood historical restrictions, area rules and they were able to find exact replacement stones, and tree rings.

What has impressed me the most has been that they stand behind their work (we had minor sagging in the steps as the soil settled and they came back and fixed it). Really refreshing to work with a contractor that does not disappear once the the work is finished. It is easy to see why they are still working.

Bob responded to every question and concern of mine very quickly. The attention to detail on my backyard project was great and the results are awesome..They delivered what they promised, worked when they said they would and cleaned up when they were done. With the exception of our new patio and drive we didn't even know that they had been their.I am very satisfied with the quality of the job. Hire them. You will be incredibly pleased
