I called this Company and arranged for them to come out and give me an estimate on replacing the glass in my home. The person came on time and seemed very knowledgeable and professional. When he left, he told me that he would email the estimate to me. That estimate was never emailed. When I emailed them to request their estimate, they responded that they would beat any other quote but refused to give me an estimate. When I sent the quote from another company and asked when we could get started. No one responded. I called the next day (a Friday) several times only to get the answering machine. I left a message and no one ever returned it. I ended up going with another company although this was the one that I originally wanted to go with based on the professionalism of the guy that came out. I can’t comment on their work quality but would recommend that they invest in someone who answers the phone and emails because they just missed out on a job with me.

We had a breaking on a Saturday night. We are located 20 miles from Atlanta and This was the only company who answered. They also showed up within an hour,as promised. They did a wonderful job and earned our trust and our company as a new client.

We called Atlanta Glass Experts at 2:00 AM, we were promised that they would come within 1 hour and came in 40 minutes. not only that but they repaired the broken glass onsite quickly and promptly. The price was very good and the techs that came were very polite. I would recommend them to any business owner that I know.

My complaints are not on price or value, but the fact YOUR TECH DAMAGED MY DOOR and YOU refuse to address this issue. He also beat the frame so hard that he cracked it. There wasn't any damage to door from the break in, just the glass shattered and you claim the frame was already bent. How could you possibly make that statement. You didn't do the repair which is why I asked that you come out to inspect your techs job. Had you actually come out as requested no less 2-3 times you would have seen this for yourself and my family would not have had to post this. So, from your statement it sounds as if a customer requests a price break don't expect quality work. Nice to know.

Great Service! I had two broken door windows from a break-in. Another company came out to give a quote, but didn't return calls for 3 days! Then I called Atlanta Glass Experts, and got first-class service. The gentleman came out Sunday morning, gave a quote (very reasonable), and came back within an hour with the material to complete the job! I hope I don't have too many more broken windows, but I know who to call if I do.
