Not worth the hassle
Wait times are outrageous. Was called in for an unnecessary appointment, waited over an hour only to get information that could have been conveyed by phone. When I pointed that out to the doctor, I was offered an ultrasound. For no reason. Billing is a nightmare. I received erroneous bills for nearly a year after experiencing a miscarriage. I called and wrote numerous letters, which went unanswered, but could not get them to stop sending the bills each month. No concern whatsoever about how upsetting that was. Other billing errors have taken multiple phone calls to resolve. Information provided by staff is totally inconsistent and when you inform someone of what you have been told previously, they rudely tell you that you are wrong and make no apology for: (a) their office being the source of the wrong information; or (b) giving you the run around and wasting your time. It's unfortunate, because the doctors are mostly very good and the location is convenient.
